+ -1 moreDid not fix the problem. Replaced the thermostat, had to come out a second time to fix that installation. Description for why they changed the thermostat did not make sense. It did not fix the problem. Very, very difficult to get ahold of after the initial service call.
Description of Work: They were called by the home owner warranty company to fix the AC. Two story home, top floor was not being cooled.

+ -1 moreHe never returned my calls and is a liar. He only installed a new furnace and didn't put in a AC unit or a humidifier like he billed me for. He is disrespectful and I may have to take legal action to against him. He comes over very personable and that is why I went with him. He was also recommended to me by a co-worker. He had all of us fooled. At first he was responsive but later you couldn't get ahold of him.
Description of Work: They billed me for the installation of a A/C and Heating unit as well as a humidifier and a thermostat. The thermostat was bad and I had to pay more to install another one. The furnace also didn't work because of wiring and I paid approximately $80 more for someone else to fix it.
