Fine I think. Wanted person to confirm the bugs were springtails but wouldn’t say for sure. Also wasn’t told in advance to move things away from the walls so tech just sprayed in open areas and said before the next treatment in a month to move stuff.

I've been using Edge Pest Control for almost 3 years now and they have been nothing short of fantastic! We recently moved at the end of last year and they offered to come spray the new house for free the first time around. They appreciate loyalty and show appreciation - which is great to see. Randy Murphy came out yesterday to do a quarterly service and he was very pleasant, professional, courteous of my sleeping baby and pointed out some caution areas where bugs might be getting in the basement. Edge is willing to spray inside/outside or both, depending on your request - no extra charge. They will also come back and re-spray if you see bugs after the service is performed- no extra charge. Very stand up company and I would highly recommend using them for Pest control / exterminating! Wes

The ratings I provided are based on the overall service not just the follow up. I gave the C ratings because: 1) The Basement was not sprayed during the initial visit 2) It took 2 times to finally get the follow up spraying of the basement done. The first follow up appointment was a no-show.

The technicians who came to my house were always polite and professional when I saw them. I did question whether or not their work was effective as it seemed they would come and spray during rain storms, high winds, etc. However, I did not have a problem with insects in my home. What led to me leaving the organization was their customer service for billing. We pay via check and have run into issues with them "losing" our payments on several occasions. The most resent bill provided a new address on the invoice that was not the correct address to send a payment to. Two weeks later I received a text message at 7AM to tell me our bill was overdue. We immediately called and they "found" our payment that had been sent. I then received an email two hours later saying I was delinquent. The icing on the cake was the phone call I received at 5:30PM regarding my "delinquent" bill. I found that to be excessive and bordering on harassment. This was not the first time we had experienced this issue and have provided feedback before. However it appears thus company is not interested in improving their business practices, therefore we will find someone who treats their customers with more respect.

Went well! In the future I would like a courtesy call, had I not been at home I wouldn’t have been able to have Clay spray inside. He was very professional and didn’t seem to mind spraying inside and did a very thorough job!
