I wanted a mole(s) removed from my east yard. It sounded like they had agreed to do this (2 weeks of service every other day) for about $218. However, when the contract came in the email, it was $218 plus $109 every quarter for 2 years for approx. $1200. When I called them and said that I just wanted the mole(s) removed and no long term contract for wasps, ants, and roaches. They said they no longer just removed mole(s), that they only did 2 year contracts. They did a lot of high pressure trying to get me to sign the 2-year contract. $1200 to remove a mole is too much! I did not like that they said one thing on the phone and sent me something entirely different by email.

After calling initially for a specific issue, I've continued service due to their knowledge, service, and professionalism.

Edge pestered me with phone calls to purchase a package of pest control. When I requested and evaluation with estimate, they said they would do that. No one showed up and claimed I was not on their schedule even though I received 3 emails that said I was.

Excellent. Mr. Wise was on time, walked the property with me, and explained what moles actually do under the surface (what they eat, how they use their tunnels, and why my yard had moles but my neighbors on either side didn't. Brought extra traps on his first return visit. I highly recommend using his company for pest control.

Edge always does a great job. I have used them for several years, they are a little bit pricier than others but for the consistent performance and effectiveness I would highly recommend them. They always meet you beforehand and talk about any concerns you have and deliver on what you ask them to do.

They’ve treated three times. Bed bugs are still present in my house since we are getting bit , but they can’t seem to find them. We’ve paid a lot of money for no results. On top of that I got a voicemail from Edge calling me David. My name is not David. When I called to speak with a manager they told me a manager would come out to my house. When they got here I asked are you a manager and the lady said no! They don’t know who there customer is and they are not guaranteed.

The tech was amazing. He was professional and went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of. Now, only if the wasps cooperate!

Awesome. I was given detailed information regarding the activity that I was seeing and how it was being treated. The guys were both very nice and professional.

These people are the best. We had tried three other companies for more money before finding Edge. I’ve never seen an ant or anything ever since!! We’ve used them now for about 10 years!

This company was willing to come out and treat the problem by spraying around my whole house inside and out for $119, but they required me to have a contract for 5 treatments over the course of a year. The total would have been nearly 600 for services I don’t need. I haven’t had a bug problem for the 19 years I’ve lived here and I don’t want 5 treatments over a year for a single problem. This was their only option, 5 treatments or no deal.

Went well! Provider came within the time frame given and performed the services both inside and outside.

It went very well. The 2 men were very nice and very good at what they do.

The two technicians were very courteous and professional. They confirmed what they would be doing, how the process works, when I would see them again. Answered all my questions and were fast. Well done...,now I am excited to see the bugs disappear over time!

Upon arrival Joshua rang the door bell when he arrived and told me what he would be doing. After he complete the service her explained he had removed a wasp nest and suggested we remove the birds nest since it could be an attraction for pests. Joshua was professional and friendly in manner and appearance.

Very well. The gentleman who came was very kind and professional. He responded to an increase in ants in our house that same visit which was nice. He was careful in regards to my son's play room.

It went pretty well. He thoroughly checked each bedroom. I am still confused as to how we can be certain that the bed bugs in the room they were spotted will be gone.

Randy was fantastic. He went around the entire house exterior and found 3-4 places of potential entry. Randy even climbed under our deck, to look for any gaps where pests could enter. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. I really got my money's worth!
