Description of Work: They do quarterly service at our home. I like that they take care of the outdoor pests (voles) as well as the normal creepy crawlies. Before Edge I had to call another company to handle the voles in addition to my regular pest control company.

Description of Work: Edge Pest has been a good company to work with. Their pricing is competitive. They spray at our home 4 times a year.

Description of Work: I thought they were pretty good until we started noticing lots of spiders after treatments, so we switched to a new provider. The cancellation phone call I thought was very unprofessional however and may be the one reason that would keep me from ever going back.

Description of Work: They treated for wasps and some ants, as a result of the overly wet weather we've had lately. There was no additional cost to our services because any follow-up treatments are covered. They've been VERY GOOD to come back out, when needed, to treat any additional pest problems that come up before their next scheduled visit.

Description of Work: Insect pest control by treating in home and in yard around home. Service treatments have ALWAYS been timely and techs professional. I rate price at a B primarily due to cost comparison with other pest control companies. We recently switched to another that is $100/ quarter which is $80/yr cheaper. Services, though they have always been timely and professional, is also a B. In the 3 years they provided services, they have never been able to keep wasps, mud daubers or voles away. Customer service is rated a C based on the pleading, almost to the point of begging, the representative continuously did in hopes of preventing us from changing providers. I had to restate several times that we had already made our minds and just wanted to cancel.

Description of Work: They come quarterly and treat for pests inside and outside my home. They can even control voles which is a major consideration for me. They are very responsive to any pest issues and return to address issues as needed.

Description of Work: Nice people but never could get rid of tiny kitchen ants, even with inside counter application and several years of trying. Priced high. Only offered to lower when finally quit. I kept them longer than I would have to avoid steep penalty for ending contract.

Description of Work: The guy showed up on time, was very friendly and proffesional, he told me what he was going to do, asked me about any problems and he double duced those areas. He said I might see a couple of bugs the first week, and I did, but ever since then, I haven't seen ONE!!!

Description of Work: They completed the contractual work and did a wonderful job! They were able to do everything and more than I expected in a short amount of time. The provider was knowledgeable, personable and did not try to see me any extras.

Description of Work: I love the fact that the products used are green and non-toxic. It is more than I paid with a previous service provider but it's worth to me for the safety factor.
