The supervisor seemed to be trying to get me to agree with terms without thoroughly discussing them. The company wants to ensure against early cancellation by charging 50% penalty for all quarterly treatments (1 year?) even if the customer is dissatisfied and cancels. The boys that showed up to do the treatment were nice but I did not feel comfortable with their unprofessional appearance. The sprayer looked like one my grandfather might have used. I was baffled by all the positive feedback and can't help but think the good reviews are fakes. I asked for clarification on price after possible termination and sent the boys away. I certainly was unimpressed and had the feeling that the business was very amateur and the product of a bunce of kids running the business out of their garage. I did not sign anything or allow any treatments.

Excellent service! My technician was Amber. She was friendly and professional. This is my second treatment and I am pleased with my service. During my initial treatment, the technician sprayed for bugs both inside and outside my home. We had a growing ant problem. He also knocked down and cleaned up all my wasp nests. (We had a lot!) After our first treatment, I did a few ants (actually two) in the house. I’m sure after today’s treatment, I won’t see any. I’m told that if I do have any problems they would come back at no charge.

Sales staff who contacted me would appear to be tried to upsell me. The technician who showed up for service correctly identified what treatment was needed and helped to reduce its on the right program. Sales I would rate a B- but tech was an A.

They were successful in getting more pests to enter and surround our house. Maybe they spray sugar water to bring them in. After multiple complaints they did not come back out but sent contact balance to collections! 250% the contract value! Go anywhere else but this group. Run away because this company does not do a good job.

I haven't been having a particular issue but with all the rain have been concerned about creepy crawlers getting in the house. the two exterminators who came out were friendly and professional. One treated the inside of the house while the other worked outside. This was my first treatment they will providing services quarterly so far so good.

Edge always does a great job in treating the outside of my house for spiders and other pests. They always remove any spider webs or wasps nests. Their treatment keeps the pests away.

We were very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of our service man.

They have been working on this problem for several months.They are always courteous and prompt.Just having a hard time with one last mouse.New plan initiated today.Hopefully this will do the trick.
