Great, we have used them for years and no issues

The people that came out were polite. Frankly I felt the they talked my husband into a contract. As soon as I could get rid of them, I did. We had a lot of voles when we first moved out here. The traps that they put out had bait and it kept getting eaten by rabbits or whatever. So as soon as we knew it was empty they were good about refilling it. They came quarterly and I just don't like using chemicals that much. As soon as the contract was up, we cancelled. They did a good job because we haven't had much of a problem with anything. I would not use them again in the future. The overall experience was average.

Great! They removed all the cobwebs, they were way up in the eves but they got them all. They also removed 2 wasps nests. Not just sprayed them but removed them. Last year another company sprayed them but left them behind. It's also safe for my dogs and no odor. I'm already recommending them to my neighbors.

I would not retain nor recommend. Service tech was unkempt, unclean, and reeked of BO and cigarettes. Product was ineffective with spider webs appearing next to house within days. Ant infestation after treatment. Two indoor spider bites. Upon complaining they blamed it on our not calling them for a re-treatment or getting them indoors frequently enough. My wife loathed the idea of one of their techs being in our home. No call saying, "we would like to get back into your home next time" as our new company will do. They have our area code in their phone number so that you have the impression that they are local. In fact they are all in Utah so their is no supervisory staff in the area so they have no idea of the effectiveness of their techs. When we finally got fed up and cancelled they enforced their "no cancellation for two years" clause though their product and service did not perform as advertised. We now have a balance "past" due of $179. Double standard? The Customer Experience person in Utah continued to try to talk over me and would not stop talking when I told him I was finished. Then he had the nerve to say something to the effect of "let me talk." I have no idea how these guys have an A rating. Maybe its just the Kansas branch. Many of our neighbors are having the same experience and are cancelling as well. Buyer beware when these guys come to your door.

Everything went great. Tech was on time and service completed quickly

Edge treated the house in cycles and we are now pest free. The Vol issue is also remediated. They are prompt and friendly. Cost is $120 / Quarter and they treat quarterly.

They are pretty good about just taking care of everything, knocking down wasp nests or what not. It's good. I haven't had any pest issues.

Have used them for a couple of years very good service every time

I did get an estimate from Edge Pest Control. It was free, by phone. The estimate was for roach control. Because it's a different kind of pest than normal it was going to be very expensive. I felt they knew a lot about what they were talking about, I just had no idea that it would be a lot of work and it would be like three times more expensive than I thought it would be. They were professional. They had excellent responsiveness.

So far, so good. Waiting to identify entry point for the rodents.

Basic treatment was very good but of their technicians got rather inappropriate with my niece. I did report him to the company. Not physically but verbally. On another occasion the technician mowed down a small tree with his hose. The company came & looked & I tried to keep it alive but when it died the company would not pay for a replacement. I was really disappointed with them at that point. When I moved I did not continue their service.

Great! No messy windows or doors. The serviceman, Don, talked with me before and after the work was completed.

Great. If I had any complaint, it would be that some technicians do not knock down spider webs as guaranteed and that causes them to have to come back and respray for spiders 2-3 extra times

FIne. They call first, show up on time, and are very reasonably priced. We never have any insects in the house.

Never knew when they were coming out.

Family had noticed an increase in mostly very small spiders. Called Edge Pest Control, who we had used in the past, and schedule their initial visit and subsequent quarterly visits. Technician was personable and professional. Performed his service exactly as expected.

I would give them an A until about the last couple of times. Their price has gone up. You almost have to catch them when they come and let them know that you like them to do the inside. I have not been as happy as I was initially with them. I probably go somewhere else because we started out at $70 and we are about $100 to $110.

They came out and said $79.99 for a quarter and them it will go up to 99. I called for a re-service because when they came out initially they did not come in my house and when they came back out they charge me $99.99. If you cancel you pay the entire amount of your contract. They said if I called them after a re-service it is not charge but if they called me they charge me. If I cancel I pay $800. They called me and I told them to come and do the inside and they charged. In three week I pay $180.00. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The oral representation is not what is in the contract and there are a lot of fine prints in the contract that locks them in the contracts for 2 years and let them do what everything they want. When I called them they said I signed the contract.

They do an excellent job! It has been great every time.

I have spoken to Edge and they have assured me that the issues I have will be taken care of and not to happen again. I will post another review just as soon as the next service takes place.

They're one of the few places I've found that will handle stinging insects, like wasp nests and bees. I'm highly allergic. They're responsiveness has been great. They come out in between quarterly visits at no extra charge if you have a problem. They're really good, but their services are a little pricey.

There were issues with the billing from the start. I made a payment, and would immediately receive another notice in the mail letting me know they were still awaiting payment. Not until I called would they eventually locate my payment. This worried me because the fine print of the billing stated that I would be responsible for legal and court costs if my payment were late. I called to cancel the service, and they told me that per my contract, I was responsible for half of the $900 total cost of my two year contract. The problem is, I never signed a contract. When asked to produce a signed contract, the one they sent certainly has my name and initials, but I never signed nor initialed their contract. This is clearly a forgery, and I don't think I should be responsible for buying out of a contract I never signed.
