 + -1 moreSuper professional staff. We continue to have lots of spiders and webs in our basement. For the price and scheduled treatments, I feel it should be rare that we find spider webs. They are always great to respond to come and spray again. It’s just a hassle to make the call, find time in our schedule and ensure someone is here when they can come (again). I was also surprised when we were turned into a collection agency and it was reported on our credit. I provided copies of our checks that had cleared to the credit agency and it was taken care of. I received a hand written card apologizing from the company, which was nice. It would have been nice to receive a free treatment or two for the added burden and incorrect credit reporting. When our contract is up, we are going to try bug bombs like my parents do at their home. They have no issues with spiders or webs and pay way less overall for the treatment. Again, great people and wonderful customer service but too much money!

 + -1 moreI called this company,they constantly called me on my cell phone, used high pressured sales tactics and wanted me to pay in advance over the telephone. They also wanted to charge me $100. every 5 weeks for a year's worth of service treatment I do not recommend using this company unless they change their ways.

 + -1 moreI don't really think they're cheap. I don't think I'd use them again. I have a years contract They'll come out and spray the outside of my house and the inside if I have a need, but I don't have a need. They totally missed the spiders and spider webs outside of my house.

 + -1 moreThey were prompt and very thorough. They have implemented recently programming that shows them if vole traps have actually checked. I think in the past there were probably times when they all were not checked and restocked. Looks like they are trying to improve their quality of work.

Description of Work: They helped me get rid of ants earlier this year so I'm stuck in a contract with them. I called in today because I thought I had a dead mouse somewhere in my wall that I needed their help finding and possibly extracting. I found the mouse and called to cancel. I had to go through THREE people to cancel this. The first person took my info and I told them I needed to cancel. Then said he would transfer me to someone else, who I thought would cancel this. I was annoyed at this point, I should just be able to call in and take care of this. But no, I have no idea what purpose the second person served other then me telling her my story, yet again, of why I had to cancel. So then, she puts me on hold to tell her supervisor, Awesome, waste more of my time, please. Then he gets on the phone and at this point I lost my cool and let them know that it would have been easier for me to just not be home when they showed up tomorrow and waste their time like they just wasted mine. I should be able to call in, talk to one person and explain, I found what is stinking, I don't need you to come out, thanks, bye.

 + -1 moreThey are always professional, they show up in the window they say and if I call to come back they always come within a day. They call me when they are enroute to my house and they send a very detailed report of what was used and how much.

Description of Work: We have used EDGE pest control for about 3 years. Whenever I see insects or pests in between the routine service, I call the company and within a few days they will send out a technician to take care of the issue. The phone representatives are friendly, capable of handling my questions and work on my concerns without hesitation. I've been extremely happy with the services they have provided for our family.

 + -1 moreService was to easy and quick to set up. They were able to set service time with multiple times to choice from based around my schedule. Super helpful. We have had two services so far. First one I wouldn't aware I was suppose to have my cabinets empty. The service man let me so I could do that for the next visit. Before the second visit they send an email explaining about getting ready for service, They should have done that before the first visit. So far overall we are happy with service
