Ace House Painting

The job was done well and in time, no complaints other than they left a little bit of a mess when they left one evening, but I picked it up. I'm just particular about my yard.

I rehired them for the same reason. I like what they do.

They had a fairly large crew. They arrived early. They worked till late. They seemed to know just what they were doing. They have their systems down pack. They know about caulking. They know about trim. Just generally speaking I thought it was a very professional job done. It was the third time I have used Ace in the last seven years. I thought they were very good. They were a little more expensive than before, but there was more wood rot.

Done on time, good quality. Very satisfied.

We have used Ace House Painting twice before, always with a positive experience. Brandt was always accessible and willing to work with our schedule. If we left a message, he always responded within 24 hours. We had been researching a better long term solution to staining our deck every year and the existing deck floor had really been torn up. Definitely not a barefoot kind of deck. The ultimate solution would have been composite decking, but as an alternate product, Brandt recommended trying the Behr deck-over product. We love the outcome! The product claims that it will cover all cracks less than a 1/4and quot; wide. The product didn't quite fill all the cracks as expected, but Brandt came back to make sure all our questions were answered and to make sure we were happy with the final deck finish. In the end although we were a little disappointed by the Behr claims, we were extremely happy with the Job done by Ace and their crew and would recommend them for any future painting or staining project.

Quote was very detailed and clear. I felt secure in knowing the job was evaluated fully in the quote. Good suggestions and ideas were provided. Owner was easy to reach when I had questions and followed up timely whenever I left a message. Once the job began the crew was friendly and easy to work with. I was happy with the quality of the work and think the house looks great! I also like the warranty offered so I know I am protected. I would use this company again and of course recommend them to others.

This company was recommended to me through my church affiliations. They are a small company totally focused on individual customer service and satisfaction without the heavy pressure to sign a contract. Their bid was valid for one year. It was thorough and included a lot of wood rot repair. They didn't try and upsell me exterior upgrades that I didn't want to invest in. Even though they were not listed on Angie's list, I decided to trust them because of recommendations I received. I was thoroughly amazed and satisfied with all the work they performed. Their crew worked 7am to 7pm for four full days and were full of knowledge, experienced and so pleasant to deal with and chat with. They addressed all my concerns and delivered a beautiful job with above average service. I was so pleased with their work I contracted with them for replacement of two small windows and the addition of gutter screens on all my gutters. I recommended they join Angie's List because their service is supreme and should be shared with other members on Angie's List. I will definitely use them for some vaulted ceiling interior painting later in the year.
