Went exceptionally well due to Patrick as he once again for us (3 houses checked by him so far) and, as always, he surpassed our expectations. He is so thorough with his inspections. He finds things that we would have never been aware of (moisture issues in the interior of a home as an example that we would never have known about without him). He goes above and beyond. Patrick has a vast knowledge of regulations as to what is expected for a life of a product (i.e., heating, air conditioner, water tank). He knows what insulation should be, height of a deck railing, all sorts of things. It's truly amazing. Patrick would definitely be a 10 star rating out of 5, he's that great. Trust me, you will not regret seeking his services.

Patrick was amazing and thorough and was sure to answer any and all of our questions. We had a lot as first time homebuyers! We even had a question a couple of weeks later and our realtor contacted Patrick and he responded right away. I would definitely recommend Tallgrass and Patrick to anyone buying a home.

When we asked if there was anything major needing attention or in safe in the house, he told us no and that we had a lovely home. The buyers received a 78 page document of things needing attention including possible electrical issues and possible gas leak. When asked to explain how that was not a safety issue with a family of 6 in the house, we were told that it was only possible and we shouldn't be concerned. It was still put in the report to the buyers so how is that not a concern to the current residents.
