Dan is very competent, friendly, knowledgeable. He works at a steady pace. I was comfortable having him in my house.

Communication with them was fantastic. Whoever answered the phone was personable and positive. My tenant interacted with the actual electrician, but she said there were no problems whatsoever. I will definitely use them again if I ever require their services in the future.

I called based on the reviews here and I have to say that from the initial call to completion they were absolutely excellent! Kenny is who they sent over to us and I could not have been more happy with the service provided! I absolutely recommend that you utilize Roberts Electrical if you're having that type of issue!

They were prompt and courteous. The work was done quickly and professionally. They moved a cable outlet from one wall to one across from it. They rerouted the cable outside and then through the attic. It looks great.

We had an electrical wire that used to be attached to a well pump.We have not had a well pump in our house for quite sometime.I wanted to know if it was dead or alive and to have it removed. It was a live wire.Found out it was also going to an outlet in a room in the basement.so we needed it.He adjusted the wire and put it in a box.Safe there and if we needed it at sometime it could be used.Also found out which fuse it was to and marked it.

We needed additional lighting in the kitchen for the counter space. We purchased the undercabinet lights and called to have them hard-wired into the outlets. The gentleman arrived on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. He gave us a couple of options of where to place the lights and allowedus to confirm our concerns and comments. The work only took a couple of hours and went very smoothly even with him having to deal with one wall being an external wall with the added installation to pull wires through. We were thrilled with the results! We will definitely use Robert's Electric again!

Called to schedule work, was informed they would be out either that day or the next. The next day was called and told they would not be able to come that day, refused to reschedule and would not give a reason why. Feel that the situation at least warranted a reason given.

Ended up being simply a breaker that wasn't showing up as thrown, but technician searched all possibilities. Problem was resolved.

arrived on time, checked work to be done, asked questions, called me at work to double check and fixed all problems fast.

They were professional and punctual. They did what they promised, when they promised. Their work was neat and efficient.

The work went very well. The only holdup was an inspection by the city that was delayed for one day. This was a major electrical service upgrade to our property, however, we were never out of power more than a few hours when the work was being completed.

Good overall, He used higher tech switches than I think I would have bought if I had picked them out, but they are very good. If you want good, it doesnt come cheap. I'd will pay the money again to have him do my next house.

Only one light was crooked on the staircase. They do an excellent job. This is the second house I ve had them wire for me. The service after you move in was the deciding factor. They do a good job and don t forget you if you have a problem. This is one of the top electrical companies in the Manhattan area. They aren t the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
