Description of Work: After 2 months of never getting a bid and having to call or email several times just to find out when I was going to get a bid. I decided it would be better to use someone else

It was wonderful! Our bathrooms are beautiful. We liked all the subcontractors. They are people you were happy to have in your home. They came every day and NEVER wasted time. When one person had a personal family tragedy, John Stamey himself came in and finished the job beautifully. He can do most things the subcontractors can do. The cleanup was outstanding. There were extra touches his creativity allowed. We had a beautiful natural stone wall in one bathroom. My husband hated to have a bathroom mirror on that wall because it looked so great as it was. John had built a new closet next to the bathroom when the walls were moved. My husband wanted a mirror that you could slide in and out--you could use it and that slide it back into the wall so the beautiful stone was uninterrupted. John came up with the great idea of sliding it into the back of the closet. He had the cabinet makers create a beautiful wood panel with the same pull as the other cabinetry. you just pull it out like a giant pocket mirror! All my friends now want one! It is unique. Everyone loves the look of our bathrooms. And, the shower in the master bath is a walk-in shower. I have severe arthritis, and it is wide enough to accommodate a wheel chair in the future. However, it doesn't look like an and quot;old personand quot; shower. It is beautiful and spacious. John also installed new windows in both bathrooms that add to the beauty and the light. He is an intelligent, highly educated, creative young man with great ideas. I have already used him again, and I would continue to use Re:done for everything I need in the way of remodeling.
Description of Work: John Stamey, the Head of Re:done, designed the entire remodel of two bathrooms upstairs. The original bathrooms were awful and from the 60's. John Stamey provided drawings of the final choice. They were excellent. We spent a long time on the design process to get what we wanted and what we could afford. He then did both an artistic design and also all the actual measurements of the design--the computer drawing and the careful architectural line drawing.. We had a full portfolio of everything before he started. He was in charge of the entire project, and that included bringing in his choices for subcontractors for moving walls, rewiring all the electrical needs, plumbing, tile laying, specifically designed high-end cabinetry. He oversaw all their work and he personally installed the cabinets. He was responsible for all cleanup, for the timeliness of the subcontractors, everything. He had us pick the tile, faucets, and style of everything before he created the design. We worked together on solving problems and on design ideas.

!This group is wonderful. Our bathrooms are beautiful. John worked with us to created the perfect design. We picked out everything from the tile to the faucets, to the layout, and he made everything work. It was a complete gut of two bathrooms that required new plumbing, moving walls, new windows, a unique shower design, custom linen closets, etc. All went perfectly. The subcontractors were all people you were happy to have in your home. John is a highly educated young man with great ideas. He and my husband even created a unique pull-out mirror that can be pulled in and out so as not to permanently cover a unique stone wall in the new bedroom bath. It's a bit like a giant pocket mirror! Everyone is very impressed with the work. Our bathroom is beautiful and cutting-edge, yet it has a walk-in shower that is perfect for older people. We absolutely love re:done. The work is top rate and meticulous.
