Description of Work: My contractor gave the wrong information as far as dryer outlet to Mueller Electric. I called in to get the right outlet installed, which was done the next day (awesome response time) and with great attitude considering the company had to work with a very unprofessional contractor to begin with. I guess I could have gone through the contractor to have the right outlet installed but it would have been way more time consuming and unpleasant for myself and Mueller so I decided I rather pay and show him that the home owner had no bad track record.

+ -1 moreEric, stayed on the job while the standing water was pumped out of the crawl space, then wore a special suiting down into the crawl space to replace the wiring to the sump pump. Couldn't get other companies to come in and do this job. He was referred by Intelligent Design. Great guy with a business education background.
Description of Work: Installed electrical lines in a rental and new wiring for a sump pump in a nasty crawl space. Chased faulty wiring and stayed with the job until it was resolved. VERY fair in his pricing.
