Ryan from Midland came and did the estimate and did a outstanding job. The installation team came on Saturday which I was very unhappy with the results. I went to Midland and discussed my issues with Gerald on Monday and showed him my issues. He stated stated that I will be contacted shortly about fixing the problem. I called back on Tuesday and stated to the office and they stated it will be corrected by Saturday. Saturday came so on Sunday I fixed all the deficiencies for about $5.98 and 20 minutes. Drew the manager called me on Tuesday and he stated he has seen the pictures that I dropped off and would investigate and will get back with me. By Thursday no return call so I called Drew again and up to the following Monday no one has contacted me. So on Sunday I went to Home Depot and purchased the materiel. . Great customer service don't you think ! still no response !!!

Very professional and easy to contact for questions. Even came back as one of the locks wasn’t working so they fixed it.

I had my old gutters removed and all new ones replaced. I got multiple bids and theirs was detailed and offered me options. They were were able to match my house paint color to make my HOA happy. They gave nice suggestions to improve the drainage away from our home. They provided frequent updates as they were waiting on some of the supplies to arrive. I have been very satisfied with their service.

Asked for information and received a call the same day. No high pressure sales staff and very friendly. The windows changed the entire appearance of our house. Installers were very professional and completed installation of 10 windows in one day. Can't go wrong working with this company.

Jamie showed up on time as scheduled by Shannon. Estimate was received the very next day. Had them order (5) windows and (1) 6' atrium door immediately. Shannon kept me abreast of scheduling all along the way. James, Skyler and the rest of the crew wasted no time once they arrived on site for installation. Work area was cleaned up and trash was hauled off, leaving only the new windows and door behind. This is the second time I have hired Midland Ext's and would highly recommend them to anyone needing windows, doors, or siding.

I called them when Home Advisor gave my name to Sears (I did not want Sears). I talked with them one day; the next day they came for an estimate. I emailed them that I accepted their bid. They set up a day (only waited two days). The man who did the job was knowledgeable, and very competent. It only took him about 1.5 hours to do the repair. When he finished, I wished I had asked them to do both door wraps as his was by far the better job of the two. I would recommend these people highly

Called me the very next day and sent someone for an estimate on the same week. Repairs were made a week after. They gave me the lowest estimate and did a good job. Highly recommend this company.
