They are horrible. I used them for regular cleaning for about 18 months and they also did a move in clean for me recently. The management is really unorganized and the way they bid out their service is very inconsistent. I had a house in Manhattan that was twice the size of a house I had in Junction City and I had them bid both houses; they were going to charge me more than $200 a month for the smaller house so their estimating is very inconsistent. I am a renter and they also gave out personal information about the services they provided as well as the billing information to my landlord; which I thought was really inappropriate. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Merry Maids for housecleaning.
