MC KINZIE PEST CONTROL

Went perfectly. Was on time, if not a little early, and was very thorough. He even suggested a simple fix for a problem my mother was having at her place. She had stopped by as Mr. McKinzie was wrapping up. She was interested in having him stop by, explained her problem, and Mr. Mckinzie told her he would be happy to come and fix the problem, but then told her how she could do it herself for less than $5.00. Real integrity, honest, and helpful. I would highly recommend them for any work you may have.

He suspected that we had carpenter ants on our back deck, which wasent the case. So I had them spray the inside and outside of the house and do an inspection. They were really professional and courteous. The business is family owned and operated which is probably why they seemed like they really enjoyed that they did. They answered all my questions and did what they came out to do. The only thing was they were a little late coming in to their second appointment which really didnt matter to us because we were there all day and they even called to say they were running late due to another job, which is comletely understandable. Pretty good company.

The technician was timely & very professional. We revived a discount when we signed up for regular service.

My mom and I have the same person to do our homes. He provides services every three months. Prior to hiring this company, my mom had problems with rats and ants. I had problems with roaches and spiders. We've been using them for more than three years. We have not had any problems since we started with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to know that their homes are safe from pests. James, our guy, is kind, courteous and nice. He works with your schedule and is flexible. I'm very satisfied with the work this company provides.

We discovered a massive infestation of ants on a wall of the home. It was really gross. We thought they were termites, but when Mr McKinzie arrived, he said they were ants, much to our relief. He treated the house for them, spraying both indoors and outdoors. He was very personable, as well as thorough and professional.

I had used another exterminator for a while, however their prices were inconsistent, they tended to offer an estimate of one price and then triple the costs once the service was performed. I remembered hearing ads on the radio about McKenzie so I called and was greeted with a warm welcome and extremely professional conversation. Because I had limited time I asked for a same day appointment and was given one. The representative arrived on time, explained their process to me, performed his duties and departed upon collection of the fee. The entire thing was the way I expect business transactions to take place. I am not enrolled in their quarterly program and look forward to their return.
