Our company was started by 3 local Firefighters with the mission of providing affordable lawn care solutions to the people of the Manhattan and surrounding area. Our company has the ability to offer great service at lower prices than our competitors because of our lower overhead costs that we can then pass on to our customers.

(Formerly Howe Landscape, Inc.) has grown to become one of the largest landscaping companies in the Manhattan area—specializing in residential landscapes with the ability to also handle large commercial projects. "I asked Cory (PrairieStone) to design a landscape plan for the front of my ranch-style home, giving him a few parameters to work with (at least 50% evergreen, easy to maintain, etc) Both my husband and I loved his design and decided to go forward with it. PrairieStone did the planting, added hardwood mulch, installed steel edging, and created a front walkway with flagstones. It is such a huge improvement, it hardly looks like the same house! Very professional looking and easy to maintain."

"Proposal accepted 8-15-18. I ask when work would be done. They responded on 8-17, 8-20, 8-29 each time saying it would be next week. 9-12 no work done so I wrote to the salesman and owner. "We got your company name from Angie's List. I believe it is time to write a review. We are very unhappy with all the excuses." They were here the morning of 9-13 and completed the work. We were happy with the work done, just not the way we were treated to get them here. 9-22 we have not received a statement for the final cost of the work."
