+ -1 moreAround the 1st of July we received a bill for $65.00 for 3 months of service that we never received, never ordered or anything. When I called the company, and started to explain, she just quietly sat on the phone kinda with a and quot;yea what do you want me to do?and quot; attitude. When I repeated the situation with a more stern voice that is when she looked it up and realized service was never started and said to just ignore the bill and she would correct it. I can't say much for what the right and left hand are doing over there but thanks but no thanks!
Description of Work: My husband called to get service and was told he couldn't start service without a PO Box, so he hung up, nothing was started.
