Heritage Builders

I have been trying to receive a quote, not even have the job scheduled, and it has been two months since first contact, and one month since an on-site inspection, only to be told they cannot provide me a quote for a shed and fence. Don't rely on Heritage Builders to communicate and be upfront with you during the process.

Our siding was blown off during the December 2021 horrible wind storm. We tried unsuccessfully to reattach around 4 pieces of siding several times. After the third time we decided to let a professional do the job. Brandon and Heritage Builders took care of our siding problem so quickly and professionally. The communication was excellent, the workmanship was skillful, and the timeliness was quick. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I only gave them a D because they were very responsive early on. Other wise an F would be more appropriate. Strung me along for 6 months while I waited for a bid. After my last email to them, no response for a week, then received a call stating they had signed onto some bigger projects and no longer wanted my business.

I called three companies for quotes to add insulation to our home. Heritage Builders was by far the most professional. He even called to follow up with me on our bids. We did not use him, because he was a bit pricier but not by much. As a women, I felt he took me and my questions seriously and filled out all the forms promptly. He will definitely be added to my phone list for future work.
