HEAVEN'S BEST CARPET CLEANING

Appointment was easy to make, they moved an appointment to fit us in, came on time, did a great job! We will definitely use them again and strongly recommend this company!

They are a very dry service. They bring in this big rotator brush and a little bit of spray. It's not a wet clean. It's a dry clean. I don't think it gets nearly as clean as other companies. The coaches were good, because there's a wet clean there that they use. But I was not impressed as all with the carpets. He was very friendly, did his job and was professional. He was on time and all those other things. I just don't personally think that's a good way to clean carpet. I like my carpets wet. The experience was good, he just used a method that I didn't. If you want a dry clean for your carpet, then he's the guy to call. If you want a dry clean method, it's an A. I have no fault with the company. It's simply the cleaning method.

My dog was sick so I cleaned & steam cleaned my carpet but all I did was spread the stain and the smell never left. When my husband called to make an appointment the lady was very kind & helpful, it was very easy to get an appointment. When he came out and explained the cleaning process I was worried because it wasn't your typical "steam" cleaning. I have never heard of this process before, using the agitator with a type of enzyme. WOW was I amazed! The carpet was clean and the smell was gone. It even got out an old stain. Even the stairs looked great. We will definitely be using this company for our annual carpet cleaning.

We live on Fort Riley and were hesitant to contact a company to clean our 10+ year old furniture that had some minor damage. We contacted Heaven's Best for a quote online. They e-mailed back within 24 hours with an estimate. A Heaven's Best technician, Gary, arrived before the time scheduled. Extremely happy about that! He was very professional. He took his time to ensure that our upholstery was clean and spot free. He paid extra attention to the "faults" in our furniture. We highly recommend this company! Very affordable price!

It was great. They came in started and finished and the carpet was not soppy wet and my stone floors have never looked better.

The carpets looked and smelled great. Pretty pricey though.

Removed desk chairs and floor lamps and all end tables and area rugs. They came in gave me an estimate with no hidden costs. He was so friendly and explained everything to us. He called to let us know that he would be a a little late because of the previous appointment was running late. He arrived the exact time that he told us.

They were very fast, and I thought the price was super reasonable based on other adds you hear on the radio. The carpets and tile looked great when they were done and I was really suprised how nice it all looked.
