I walked in and met with a sales person in the store without an appointment. She was obviously busy but stopped and gave me her full, unhurried attention. I described the window that I wanted to cover 2nd to the sun blinding me at times when I am in the kitchen She show me several different options and styles. There was absolutely no pressure. A week late he came, measured the window and confirmed what I wanted to do and that my choice would work well. It was a custom made shade that was ready in a little over a week. The owner came and installed it until he felt it looked and worked correctly. I now have a well placed valance when I don't need it but lovely filtered light when I need it. It looks good, goes well with the room and I am very satisfied with both the quality of the service and product.

We were very happy with everything they did for us. The whole experience of ordering the shades for our livingroom, diningroom and even the windows on our front door was great! This was several years ago and the shades are still beautiful! The shades are very hight quality, easy to clean and sturdy. They were installed perfectly. This company stands by their products and service because at one point the shades in the diningroom didn't seem to be sliding right. They came right out adjusted them.
