+ -1 moreIt took Danker several weeks to respond to my request for a bid to do some cosmetic work on my roof. It needed some shingles replaced on the front and the back. I was very patient, as the situation was clearly not urgent. They gave me a bid and I accepted it. Three weeks later, after the National Weather Service had indicated that a large hail storm (softball sized) was headed in my direction, a crew showed up and replaced the missing shingles on the front of the house literally 30 minutes before the hail storm hit. They did not replace the missing shingles on the back, yet billed me for the full value of the bid. Yes, my roof was sufficiently damaged during the subsequent hailstorm that I will have to completely replace it.
