Affordable Electric

we were having trouble woth our a/c unit and it keep blowing fuses. After have a hvac company look at it they said it was an electrical issue and that we need to call and electricain. We called affordable electric and the came out on the schedualed day. After loking at the A/C and fuse box, he said we do need to get the box updated but that there was a prblem with the a/c as well. We schedualed a new day for hte box to be replaced and it was a fast and clean job, and I belive a fair price. Also the company that they recomended us to use to fix the ac was able to ge tthe ac up and running in two visits. Both of the companys are now my go to in their resective fields. Electical is Affordable out of manhatten and HVAC is Climite Control in Junction City. Both great complanys and I havd a great exprieance with both and give both an A+

I called Affordable Electric for a non-emergency problem and left a message. Within a couple of hours they returned my call and said someone would stop by in the afternoon to take a look. The technician called me about 10 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. On arrival he listened to my explanation of the problem, checked the breaker box, and tightened the loose wires. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. He advised me about what to watch for if the problem should reoccur and let me know what additional tests he might need to run if that was the case. So far we have not had any additional problems. I was very impressed with the service - timely, efficient, affordable. I will definitely call Affordable Electric again if I have need of an electrician in the future.

I phoned Affordable Electric to come out to see why I wasn't getting power to 4 of my electrical outlets. They were able to send someone out within 24 hours (this was not an emergency). The work was completed in less than an hour, and power was restored. My only reservation was when I phoned the company, whoever answered did not identify themselves as "Affordable Electric". When I asked if I had the right number, the response suggested my question was unnecessary. I was told someone else would call to set up an appointment. The technician who called to make the appointment was much more accommodating.

It went really well. The electrician was polite and helpful, checked several other things in the house to make sure of what the problem was, didn't try to oversell or upsell, but just replaced the switch and then gave us the quote for the box. I really liked the service and how well it was done, and appreciate the "no upsell" approach that they took, as money is limited and I can't do everything at one time.
