We had them bid the job, and of course you add on as problems are found. That is usually how it always goes and we undstand that. We told them we weren't in any hurry to get the job done, as we had months of things to do inside the house that we were doing ourselves. They came right out to start on the repair jobs ouside, which they did so-so. They did not replace all the boards that needed replaced. When it came to painting on the outside of the house when it was so cold, the young men they had doing it would put the paint in the garage because it was BELOW FREEZING and would fill their rollers and RUN to the area they were painting. We kept telling them we were not in any hurry and could wait for warmer weather to paint. We ended up calling them back to scrape the areas they had painted in the cold, as the paint popped off. They just did not do a professional job. They hired boys, charged for professionals, and the result was not good. They washed their brushes and rollers in our kitchen sink, which we told them they could do, and the paint was so think in the garbage disposal we had to dig it out so it would turn.
