Let me start by saying we have used Joe before on numerous jobs with no problems. We paid Joe 80% of his quote before he started our job at his request, he needed the money. We didn't see him for 3 weeks. When he did finally show after numerous calls and false promises, he wanted more $$ than he quoted, we paid the remaining 20% of the original quote, after we declined to pay more than he quoted he did not finish the job. We had to call another contractor to finish his work, which by the way, quoted the same price as Joe in the beginning, but we opted to go with Joe. So disappointing! We had thousands invested in landscaping and seeding that was dependent on the irrigation system being installed. We will not be calling him again.

The work was completely satisfactory. I appreciated that the installer explained what caused the old units to break down. I thought that the cost was very reasonable.

Albert is outstanding. I received a couple of estimates. some were outrageously high. ( one is the largest plumbing co. in Wichita.) I searched and quot;gas line installation in Wichitaand quot; online and Albert's co. was connected to this site. everyone commented very positively on that website. I called Albert and told him that I dug the trench, I had the gas co. switch out the meter. all I needed was a natural gas line installed from the generator to the meter, pull a permit from the city, then follow through with the inspection. he charged me only for the work he did exactly as I had asked. he didn't try to sell me any warranties or charge me for moving a couple of shovels full of clay in order to complete the job. his estimate was right on the money. His rates are extremely reasonable considering what is being charged for plumbing work in Wichita. I don't believe anybody could touch Albert's price. he returned all my phone calls in a timely manner, he knew exactly what to do, he was very punctual at the work site. Albert Adams is the man to call if you need any plumbing work done in Wichita. Oh, by the way, he gets a very high rating on personality, also. that's important to me, to be treated with respect and be able to converse in an intelligent manner.
