+ -1 moreThis painter took 7 1/2 weeks to paint my house when he told me it would take a week. He had weekly excuses for not showing up. He used a wood putty filler instead of replacing the wood rot like his contract stated. 3/4 of my house has protruding nails that he did not fix or caulk. He did not cover my windows when he was painting like his contract stated and dripped paint on two of my new window screens and only replaced one. Once he claimed he was finished he demanded payment immediately and refused to fix the items that were not finished properly. He went around to my neighbors and bad mouthed me. He then harrassed me with dozens of texts when I refused to pay and threatened to hunt down family and friends. He also threatened to sue me for slander if I left him any bad reviews. Slander is when it is not the truth so I am not worried. This contractor is unprofessional, inefficient and performs inferior work.
Description of Work: The contractor was supposed to replace wood rot, scrape old paint, fix nails and siding, caulk and paint the exterior of my house.
