Owner is a very difficult person to work with. He won't accept customer's viewpoint nor was he present on site to supervise his employees while paver installation was in process. His employees are Spanish speaking who cannot readily converse in English with the customer causing much confusion and misinterpretation of customer's wishes and concept of what needed to be done. The crew had to come back several times to correct problems and the crew failed to cleanup properly upon completing project. The owner would not respond to communications asking him to return and cleanup paver debris (Paver Debris = Cutting Saw Slurry left a pasty residue on pavers causing a white hazy appearance and discoloration of pavers... will not wash off without thorough cleaning).
