They do great work. It was done at a rental property for me. It took about 3-4 hours with 2 people. They left it clean.

I think for the service and parts and stuff was $238. One person came out to complete the service. It took about an hour. The workers that I came in contact with were nice and genuine. The workers cleaned up after themselves.

They are very prompt. We have used them for years to service our heating and air conditioning. Even the owner of the company has come out when he's been needed. They are always here when they say they will be and they always call when they're on the way.

I would use them in the future.

On a cold winter night the furnace went out? I called Lancaster at 8:00a sharp and talked to a very nice lady at the office. She said she could get a service technician out later that morning. About 8:45a the service technician called (on his way). He had the part on the truck, and completed the repair in less than an hour.

We made the appointment to check our heat pump. We called Lancaster because they were contracted by our builder to install it in our new house 3 years ago. The repairman came and went down stairs to look at the furnace first. He was a large man and the bag he had was large and he drug it down the wall as he descended. Then he went outside and looked at the unit. He came back in and said he could not check the heat pump because it was too cold. If he checked it now it would be $600 just to check it. He thought it was working okay. He said we needed to call back in the spring to have it really checked and that would be another $89.00. He looked at the thermostat .Then he said that will be $125.00 . Literally for nothing more than stopping by. He was there less than a half an hour did not fix or test anything and charged us $125.00 My wife was very upset and I paid him to get him out of the house. He could not leave fast enough.

They were surprised at how the interior of our system had been installed. They were extremely knowledgeable and went over board in helping things get done the right way. Their service technician even made a late night service call when something unexpected came up. I trust their service team ! They tell you like it is . We had no assistance from our original installing company, just run around. I hope to use them for the next 50 years !

Lancaster Bros Heating and Cooling were good. There was kind of a different design that they had to do for us. They took the time to come up with ways to make things work. They got it done in a timely manner. They were professional and had low prices.

They've over the top good. He also did my daughter's house because we were so impressed.

We have had nothing but problems with the heating and cooling systems ever since. We have been told by three different companies that the A/C unit they put on our house is far too small. It cannot keep our ranch style house below 79 degrees in the summer, even after we have put additional insulation in the attic. The first winter we lived here our furnace was not working the first time I turned it on, when they came out it turned out that they had never wired it in all the way. They came out again that same winter to repair the furnace again. Then this past winter they came out again because the furnace kept kicking off. It turned out that the temperature had not been set right when it was installed and it kept getting too hot and blowing a switch. We have also been informed that they way our ducting was run in the basement is incorrect to promote optimal air flow. All of these furnace problems could be tolerated if the owners had not been so very rude to me. When I called them to express my frustration with the situation, one of the owners actually yelled at me. He was hostile and defensive and would not let me speak. Until I talked to him I assumed that maybe one of their employees was to blame but now I am convinced that it must be how they run their company. They did the absolute cheapest job possible, if we had known about the quality of work we would not have bought this house. We will now be purchasing a new A/C unit that is big enough for our house.

They are not getting to the root of the problem, and I definitely would not recommend them. I told them that I am not going to pay for the labor because it is not my fault. The service guy and the people that answer the calls in the office are very nice. This is a high end product and there is something wrong with the original installation

The work was finished in two days. On the first day Lancaster removed the existing heat pump/furnace and installed the new Water Furnace system. Meanwhile Evans brought in the drill rig, drilled the four 230 holes, and installed the piping in the holes. On the second day, Lancaster finalized the Water Furnace while Evans trenched between the four holes and brought the piping to the Water Furnace. The piping system was charged with water and antifreeze, and the Water Furnace was brought on line. Lancaster was neat and considerate as was Evans. The yard is a bit of a mess due to the drilling and trenching, but it has been brought back to a condition where grass can be planted once the weather warms up again.

My first contact was for a small repair, which was done quickly and professionally. Then I asked for an estimate to replace my furnace and A/C unit. An estimate was prepared promptly, with several choices of options and efficiency levels. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. When I was ready to have the work done, it was scheduled quickly and completed promptly. Work areas were left neat, and the job has been entirely satisfactory.

Lancaster is extremely professional. The quality of the work was exceptional and they were very competitively priced. The service personnel were friendly, candid and trustworthy. We selected them because two relatives have used them with great results as well.

VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL IN GETTING AC REPLACED WHEN MOTHER NATURE WAS TURNING UP THE HEAT. CARL WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THE GUYS SHOWED UP AND GOT THE UNIT REPLACED.
