+ -1 moreJake is extremely trustworthy and stands behind what he does. The work was very professional, done on time, and very reasonable. I want him to remodel my kitchen as soon as I can afford it. I know he will do first-class work. We have already discussed what changes I would like to make and he has offered some innovative ideas.
Description of Work: Jake and his crew put in a bathroom in the basement-shower, stool, vanity, floor, built the walls, electricity, everything. The materials were of high quality and the work professional. $6000+ He also built a new vanity with custom drawers and doors with pull-out shelves for my master bath. One of his suggestions I particularly like is the sink finish. $2000+

+ 4 moreJake & Chuck do all the work themselves. Top Master was used for granite countertops. They were on time, always pleasant & polite, & cleaned up after themselves each night, including vacuuming the floor every night. They had to remove the toilet while working on the bathroom & reset it every night so we could use it. I have never had such a positive experience with any other remodeling projects. I would absolutely use them again!
Description of Work: Granite countertops in kitchen & 1/2 bath. Tile backsplash in kitchen. New sink & faucet in kitchen & 1/2 bath. Installed new cooktop. Took down bulkhead in 1/2 bath, repaired wells, & painted. Installed new light fixture in 1/2 bath. Installed under-cabinet lighting in kitchen. Replaced all bathroom countertops, sinks, & faucets in 4 other baths- onyx. Replaced 3 ceiling fans. A few minor repairs around the house.

+ -1 moreJAKE AND HIS COWORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THEIR WORK. THEY SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED. THEY DID AMAZING REPAIRS OF SEVERELY DAMAGED OLD PLASTER WALLS (PATCHING AND SKIM COATING). THEY DID SOME FINISH CARPENTRY AROUND WINDOW TRIMS. THEY INSTALLED NEW CROWN MOLDINGS. THEY DID MINOR ELECTRICAL WORK. THEY INSTALLED A BIT OF HVAC DUCTING.
Description of Work: INTERIOR WORK ON 1922 CONDO. FINISH CARPENTRY, MUCH REPAIR OF DAMAGED PLASTER WALLS, FRAMING AROUND DUCTWORK AND WIRING, SHEETROCK INSTALLATION, INSTALLATION OF RECESSED LIGHT FIXTURES.
