They were very professional. They cleaned up all the mess. They removed the plaster board creating very little dust. Additionally they were able to remove the plaster board without breaking it so I could place it in again, saving me time and money so I did not have to cut a new board and re-prime before painting. To place the vent outside they had to crawl and work under the front porch. No easy task! As far as price goes I have no idea whether this was reasonable, low or high. For the difficulty to access everything, I would say the price was reasonable. Additionally I had called four other service providers and no one else wanted to do the work. I would definitely use them again.

Their price was not too high.

When they came out the first time they did a good job but they did come a little bit later than I thought they would. They had a number of other jobs they had to do because of a big storm we had. We got by with space heaters. When they came out six months ago they were very professional and they didn't charge us anything for the labor or the parts because it was under warranty. I think they're good. I think their service is good. Their products are similar to other companies but I felt that their service was better.

We arrived home from a trip and the temperature was over 100. Our air conditioner was out. We called Pestingers and they not only came right out but had the parts and fixed it right away. We had a maintanence plan so there was no additional cost for the hottest Sunday of the year. The repairman diagnosed the problem quickly went to get the part and solved the problem. Pretty soon we were cool again.
