Description of Work: They were supposed to clear my slow draining main sewer line of tree roots.(We already knew what was causing it, just needed someone to cut them clear.) They ran the machine a ways down, but it just didnt seem like they went far enough to really have ensured the entire line was clean. Sure enough a 3 weeks later we realized we were back at a slow draining line. Husband was irriated that they didnt do what we asked, so we rented the machine and did it ourselves, ensurine we went completely to the city main sewer. I have now waited a month to post this review, to make sure I was not being unfair to the company, and we still show no signs of a slowed down main line.
