 + -1 moreI contacted Shandon Gilmore (Partial owner), when deciding to purchase this house, to see how much it would be to install a HVAC unit in this home that had never had one before. He gave me all different types of options on equipment, and where to install it all at in my house (where it would be most beneficial to me) along with taking into account where i wanted it put and what my ideas were. After talking about it and talking to my wife we called and the NEXT DAY Shandon and his employees were out installing all the equipment in our home and within 3 days were completely done with installation of all equipment and duct work. After all was said and done when the bill came were a little short on our end, but we went in and were completely honest and they understood and worked with us to help pay our bill.
Description of Work: Lynn's Total Comfort installed a completely new system in my home after noticing the home had no means on HVAC in it EVER!! They were very professional and worked with me on paying my bill, and helping me to understand how my unit works and if i had any questions were more than willing to answer without any hesitation. Not to mention they were VERY knowledgeable on all their equipment new and old, and helped me get the best price along with the proper equipment needed for my house.
