They didn't bring the supplies they needed and I was charged for all the time from when they first arrived, to the time they took to pick up the items, all the way to the finish.

They were very quick to respond and give me there estimate and they stayed within their estimated cost for the job. They were also courteous and answered any questions that I had.

Won't replace parts of not needed I like that

After having a poor experiance with another company I was so satisfied with Flinthills. They called me at 7 am, gave me a quote over the phone and were here by 10:30. Submersible pump was replaced iwithin 1 hour of arrival. Price was less than half my previous quote with a better warranty. They will be my first call for any future issues.

Tod, and his crew were very professional. They checked out my existing system and resources, and explained to me what I could still use, and what should be replaced. They were also courteous and very knowledgeable. After a plan was created, they worked me right into the schedule and got the job done. I would use their services again and recommend them to anyone needing a good pump/windmill man.

The work I had done was not easy. They were very knowledgeable about what needed done, really knew what they were doing, and wasted no time doing it. For all that needed done, the price was quite fare. It's a good feeling knowing the job was done correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys, or hire them again.

Although Tod (owner) provided prompt service, he came to the job without the necessary PVC pieces despite sending him pictures and confirming the sizes the day before. As a result, he was forced to make a trip to his supplier. It was a minor issue but the final bill was in my opinion excessive so I wonder whether he was on the clock when he went to his supplier. Job consisted of cutting two pieces of PVC and attaching three elbows. My bill was almost $300. The work was good but like I said, the bill was twice what it should have been. My fault for not asking what his hourly rate was. MD

This company is the best company I have hired every!! Friendly,helpful,caring,and showed up when he was indeed needed!!!!! This company is very busy but they are worth the wait!!! I would recommend them over anyone!!! They are indeed the best!! I give them a AAAAA++++++

They walked me through what they where going to do with are pump. Before they started working on the pump. Also show me have to do what they do to the on my own.
