I will not hire him again because some things disappeared out of my house. I told him when he left the property to always turn the water off and he did not. There was a leak and it destroyed the kitchen that was just remodeled. The insurance came and gave me a certain amount of money to fix it, so I went and got all the materials and everything and he said that he would just go ahead and fix it and not charge me. Then, he tried to turn around and charge me money and I had to threaten him with going to court and explaining it to a judge. First I thought that he was going to be good, but then I had a lamp and some other things disappear out of the house that they were working on. I would tell other members to find someone else. If he is not trustworthy he is just not trustworthy. He disappeared on me for over a month and did not even call and it was right in the middle of August. I might change my mind if they brought me back my box of curtains and my lamp that they took.

He does not over charge for any work. He is very neat and clean, does not leave a mess. He is a very honest and nice person. I do sometimes have trouble keeping in touch with him, however. I will use him for additional work.
