Communication was great, very willing to work with my schedule. Was very pleased with the work that was done and the fact that the owner came to talk about my expectations before the cleaning. I will now be using them on a monthly basis.

Great work! House smelled and looked great. All items I asked to be completed were done. They even folded the toilet paper into flowers! Definitely recommend.

Ok people, I've used other Angie's list cleaning services before and I can say Spotless KC did such an amazing job doing that DEEP clean. 2-3 people were cleaning my house for more than 5 hours. My house was truly SPOTLESS! And for this special they cleaned my refrigerator and Oven. I can't say enough about these guys. I'll be using them in the future.

They did a great job and the house looks great, smells great, and they even made cute little folded roses on the toilet paper rolls and tissue boxes. Every visit has gone very well. They do a very good job. They arrive promptly and work very fast. They use their own supplies, which I appreciate. I feel like I am getting a good service for a fair amount.

I interviewed quite a few cleaning companies, and decided to go with Renata. She is very professional, and was able to give an accurate estimate. The price of the service is what I expected to pay. Spotless KC has cleaned my house a number of times and I have been very pleased with the results. They are conscientious and thorough. The payment is easy to do, and Renata has always been very responsive to any questions I have, and flexible with my scheduled cleanings. I plan on using Spotless KC for the foreseeable future.

They cleaned everything: dusted high ledges, fans, lights, cleaned inside cabinets and drawers, floors and bathrooms, mirrors, and blinds (blinds!) were "spotless". It was cleaner than when I moved in and the realty agency used a "commercial firm". I will be using them to clean my new home regularly because I was very pleased. Renata, the owner, was very professional and honest. I encourage more people to try them. They would be pleased.

Communication was prompt and professional. The cleaning crew works tirelessly and did a great job. They did all of the standard house cleaning, in addition to wiping down all wood trim and doors, cleaning the oven and refrigerator, washing the inside of all windows, and wiping down the inside of all cupboards.

From the bathrooms to the kitchen everything was spic and span. When I walked into the apartment, I thought that they even shampoo'ed the carpet. The area above the ceiling fan that collected dust was even clean. I must say... GR8 JOB!

I have been using Spotless KC for at least 2 years. They are excellent. I highly recommend them. They do an impeccable job and are extremely trustworthy. The owner is extremely responsive and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. She is also present with her employees at the house, which gives the added assurance that everything is done right.
