Description of Work: I wasn't happy at all with my Experience with Spartan Foudation Repair. The sent a Tech out in Nov to give us an estm. and on Yesterday they sent out another Tech and our Job went from a $3700 job to a $16,000 job it was crazy. i had an itimized bill from the first tech. but the second tech didn't write anything down and had nothing good to say about the first tech whom he trained. I feel that Spartan Foundation is being unfair and is taking advantage of it's consumers. I would be very weary of Spartan Foundation.

Description of Work: Work was well done and disturbance was minimal. Piered 2 basement walls. Easily understood what workmen would be doing to my house and why this was the best way to proceed.

Description of Work: What a great company!! In all my years have never experienced a company with such professionalism. Andrew the owner answers any and all questions and his employees are so courteous! They arrive when they are supposed to, shake hands with eye contact and of course do a great job!! Would definitely recommend!!

Description of Work: Hired Spartan for foundation stabilization and to seal an old, crumbling exterior basement access as well as some additional concrete work. Andrew was prompt in the initial response to my inquiry as well as being responsive any time I reached out with questions. Their team was equally courteous and responsive. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and at the price they said. I would absolutely use them again. They have my full recommendation.

Description of Work: Andrew Vleisides, CSRS, responded quickly to my inquiry about our foundation repair. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained how he was going to repair cracks and rotted wood in the basement and cracks on the outside. He covered a comprehensive area for a very reasonable price compared to other bids. Andrew returned as needed to make sure we were in agreement about the requirements of the job. He never hesitated to do more to make sure the job was done completely and correctly. He and his crew, especially his partner Wes, made sure they cleaned up to my satisfaction. Andrew returned to fix a wooden frame inside the basement and add caulking on the outside. I would highly recommend Spartan for all of your foundation needs as well as whatever other types of work that they do. They know their stuff!
