Description of Work: Provider came for estimate however did not give one instead he told me that I needed a structural engineer come out for a write up and then they would come out to bid the job of the people coming out he seemed the least interested to he'll and impression he gave me was that I was wasting his time and he couldn't wait to leave

Description of Work: They injected 4 cracks. I don't know if it worked as it has not rained since work was done. He said it would be advisable to have some supports installed and I would be contacted about this. As of today I have not been contacted.

Description of Work: Spartan Foundation contacted me after I purchased two deals in regard to foundation repair. Because of the large response to the deal after heavy rains, Spartan did contact me to let me know that there would be a slight delay in responding to me. I appreciated that communication. The service repairman came on the date designated, on time and was thorough in his explanation in what was needed. I especially appreciated his honesty about how much work needed to be done to repair the basement leak. He could have taken advantage of my ignorance of foundation repair, and say I needed much more repair and he didn't. He completed the repair and we haven't had any leaking since that time. I would definitely recommend Spartan to anyone.

Description of Work: Angies list coupon to inspect foundation and pump. He told me it was not as bad as I thought and a great relief, The pump was good and the cracks in the walls just needed to be sealed. The 200.00 credit covered the cost, they came out and sealed them all and could not have been more professional.
