Description of Work: They inspected our foundations cracks and determined that no action was necessary. The gentleman also gave use advise for preventative maintenance as well.

Description of Work: Spartan sent a technician to fill long cracks in our basement walls that were leaking water when it rained. The tech did an excellent job in a short amount of time.

Description of Work: They repaired our foundation and graded the outside. We did have to have warranty work done less than 6 months later though.

Description of Work: Trench dug and port injection in basement walls. We will see how dry the wall stays. If a port leaks...they will return.

Description of Work: Representative from Spartan visually inspected the areas of settling in the house. Based on his experience the degree of settling did not justify any remedial action at this time. He placed discrete marks exactly one inch apart on either side of one crack and said he would return in 6 months to see if there had been any additional settling. Best of all there was no cost for his inspection!

Description of Work: Although we ended up not using them; we were extremely satisfied with their customer service. The person who came to give an estimate was very professional and took the time to explain every detail. He was very organized and patient.

Description of Work: There was a water leak in the basement which ended up being related to the sprinkler system. The Spartan representative came out to the house (very easy to make an appointment and it was at no charge), looked at the basement and outside foundation, and made a recommendation regarding the sprinkler lines. That fixed the problem (as was confirmed by two days of heavy rains!) and I didn't need to use their services. The rep provided an estimate in case needed. Based on that experience I would call them again.

Description of Work: Fixed our one and only foundation crack. It stopped about 95% of the moisture in-flow which is what I hoped for. Probably would have stopped all of it if I wanted to tear out some bookshelves. Technician was courteous and on time and didn't try to sell me anything. He was a bit grubby due to crawling around other people's basements, but his work was first rate. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Description of Work: I had a crack in my basement wall from the ceiling down to the floor. Spartan Foundation repaired the crack with epoxy to my satisfaction. The repair only took |about an hour and there was no mess afterwards. Great job!

Description of Work: Injected 3 basement foundation cracks. Very neat job. Brian and Andrew are very nice guys too. We used them in the past to install new adjustable posts to support the basement I-beams. They know everything about foundations, but are not pushy in anyway. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Description of Work: Installed anchors, a sump pump and regraded the yard by the window wells. They did a great job, we had a few bumps, but all the guys did everything they could to correct the issues. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had to call several times to get an appointment set up. When the person shows up he was disheveled and had a strong body odor. I am not sure if it was the chemicals he worked with or was his odor. Most hired services put shoe covers on when they enter your home, but he did not. He replaced a thin 8 foot crack in my basement wall. He did not have all the supplies he needed. I was his second appt for the day so I would have thought he had enough to at least start his day. When all was said and done, I had a hard time understanding how the work he did originally cost 600 dollars for my Angies list cost of 200 dollars. The place on the wall looks like an amateur did it. The owners brother did the repair as a part time job. I will never use them again and now am wanting to cancel my Angies list membership.

Description of Work: Phil showed up and gave the house a very thorough inspection. He took his time pointing out trouble areas, but then told me he honestly didn't think the house had any real foundation problem. He suggested other courses of action, such as gutter repair and soil placement. Phil is one of the most genuinely honest people I've met in a very long time, as well as being affable and professional. Thank you, Phil. I'll call you again for a recheck.
