Description of Work: It took a while to get the initial appointment because everyone in OP was having trouble with water in the basement due to excessive rains. When they finally came, they figured out the problem and gave us a bid, which we accepted. The first technician was Brian and he did a great job, except there was still some wet spots after the next rain. They quickly came back and did more repair. Still more damp. Quickly came back again and I think the problem is fixed. Waiting for the next big rain. In all fairness to Spartan, this was a tough fix -- working "blind" on some part of the crack. All in all, very pleased with their work and responsiveness.

Description of Work: Was on time the gentleman was nice but messy. I have sticky compound on my floor, washing machine and dryer. Made no attempt to clean this compound up.

Description of Work: They put a drainage line through out my basement and ran it to my sump pump, installed a new sump pump and put dirt outside for the water to run off and away from my house.

Description of Work: Ben from Spartan repaired a long crack in our foundation. He did this from the inside, having to cut out a piece of sheetrock to get to the crack. Ben was very professional, took time to answer all of our questions, and cleaned up any mess he made. Gavin from Spartan came out originally to give us the bid and found the crack from outside in less than 2 minutes! Another company we called failed to find it at all. Gavin gave us all the options and now we don't have a leaky basement family room! Don't hesitate to use this company!

Description of Work: I had a crack in my foundation and got a 50% deal from Spartan. They contacted me almost immediately and scheduled my service for the next week. The repair was made in a professional manner. Ben explained the process to me as he went along and everything was done in about an hour and a half.

Description of Work: The rep that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. The service they provide would not work on my home. My concern was even though I purchased the coupon on May 29th ....they did contact me within 3 days...BUT were not able to schedule a visit until June 25th...almost my 30 day deadline. No fault of mine......

Description of Work: They dug the yard area up on the outside if the wall that was caving in, then pushed the wall out till it was like it should be. Then they raised up that end of the house a couple of inches and installed 5 Vertical Wall Restraints, installed a High Capacity Sup Pump, Water Proofed the Exterior of the wall and Sealed the Interior Wall. They did a Great job!

Description of Work: Inspected my basement walls then recommended sealing 4 water intrusion sites. Nothing major (what a relief) and the price was reasonable. Technician who did the job was a pro, did the job & explained the entire process answering all my questions. 2" of rain shortly afterwards and no a drop of water noted. Great company to do business with; highly recommended.

Description of Work: They installed a new window well and added grading to the outside of our house to prevent water from filling up in the well and leaking into our finished basement through the window. They installed the new well and added a minimal amount of dirt around the well that settled upon the first rain causing water to fill back up into the well and leak into our basement. They appeared to do the bare minimum of initial work and as a result we experienced the same problem of water leaking into our basement as we did before their repair. They were responsive and fixed their error, but it was a frustrating ordeal nonetheless.

Description of Work: Called with major flooding in basement and was told that someone could come out for an estimate three weeks from now. Really???

Description of Work: We have waited until it has rained quite a bit to make sure that our problem was solved. They put a membrane on the front corner of our home, 8 ft down, where we had a small water leak that could not stay plugged or filled. That solved our problem. We are very pleased with Spartan Foundation.

Description of Work: Spartan Foundation representative came and measured elevations in our basement. There was about 1/2" delta between highest & lowest elevation, but no work needing done at this time. They now have a base reference for our elevations so if shifting is noted in future, they will know by how much the shift was. Very professional and courteous - will use in the future for sure.

Description of Work: I used the list to locate someone to repair a leak in my basement, last October. They arrived promptly and repaired the problem at a fair price. A few weeks ago I noticed a small damp area near the repairs. They promptly returned and fixed the spot, under the warranty. Excellent and prompt service.

Description of Work: We needed a small repair on our garage foundation and contacted the provider recommended by the HOA and they failed to respond soI called Spartan, thinking they were into only large jobs simply to ask for a recommendation because it was such a small job. Their response was " No job is too small for us" and an estimator was scheduled for the next day. The job was scheduled for a week later and the provider showed up on time and experienced an emergency half way through that required him to leave. Within 20 minutes there was a new provider to complete the job, amazing and while the cement was setting up which required him to wait to complete the job, he carried in the groceries from my wife's car since she had to park in the street. Not part of the job but never the less appreciated. All the people from this company were polite and very respectful. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors who needed similar repairs

Description of Work: Inspected house for settling due to some cracks. Determined it was still within limits. Recommended no action. Recorded measurements and stated for us to call them in the future if there were any differences. Said they could mud jack it up for cosmetic reasons if we wanted. No pressure to sell unneeded service.

Description of Work: Cracks in foundation sealed. So far ok but need a heavy rain to be sure. Company is very professional.

Description of Work: My husband and I needed an evaluation to determine whether we needed foundation work done. Gavin was professional and upfront that our wall cracks might be general settling and did not require foundation work at this time. We set up an appointment in six months to see if any additional sinking occurs. I also requested a mud jacking quote and will use them to fix some concrete sinkage in front of our garage.
