Description of Work: Our home has had flooding problems for years, and Spartan came in, sealed cracks in our foundation (4 total), installed a sump pump, and returned to conduct additional repair work (all covered by their warrantees) each time it rained and water came in. Our basement is now dry even though it's raining quite a bit this spring. We are thrilled!

Description of Work: They came by and accessed a dampness situation and recommended a humidifier to remedy the problem. This did take care of the issue. There were no charges involved. Their honesty is very much appreciated.
