Did great work. Can't really say for sure if it will work as it is winter and not much rain. But they were very professional, polite, explained what they would do and how long it would take. Nice people to work with and very clean.

I had an unusual basement problem and needed to consult someone experienced, smart and honest. Frank from Spartan Ram Jack is just that person. He thoroughly examined and identified the causes. As it turned out, the problem didn't fall within the realm of his company's normal work but he recommended solutions and a reference. I would hire and highly recommend for any future foundation issues.

I had first contacted Spartan in 2015. Andrew had advised me to keep an eye on the settling. This year I had noticed a significant difference. In 2015, I had contacted 2 other companies regarding this, so I had idea of amount of work and price was needed. I made appointments with 3 different companies again this year. Spartan came out first. Phil answered all my questions. The quality of Ram Jack piers and guarantee sold me on using this company. Work began 11-13 and ended 11-16. 8 piers were placed on exterior wall and 2 inside due to deck. Alan and Marvin stayed all 4 days, with Billy (?) helping on 2. I cannot say enough on how impressed I was with all the men in their professionalism, manners, and work ethic. They worked very hard. Alan informed me every day on what would happen that day, as well as what to expect the next day. As a woman, I look for that type of communication. It starts as the top, as anyone who has met Andrew would know. Phil and Tiffany's professionalism is appreciated also. It is a very well run company. As far as cleanup, a big kudo to Alan and Marvin. I expected a mess and pleasantly surprised on the results. Thanks to all.

At Spartan Ramjack, the people really do make the business and reflect on it very well. Andrew gave me advice for my foundation and driveway, all low-pressure as if it were his home. The decisions were easy for me to make based on his recommendations. Edgar lifted my driveway, which had been done by another company in the past. Edgar was such a perfectionist, that he kept working through lunchtime, but the result was excellent. Cody filled cracks in my basement walls and saw leaks I would never have found. And last but not least, Tiffany ran the office and contracts so smoothly, I knew exactly what I was getting, what I would pay and when the work would be completed. I will definitely be a return customer and a referral for this company.

We feel very grateful to have found this company on Angie's List, as working with them was a good experience from start to finish. Everyone at the company with home we spoke or emailed was knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Gavin, the expert who lead the planning for the foundation repairs, was very thorough in explaining what he felt was needed and why, and he spoke with us at whatever hour was necessary to be sure that the project kept moving ahead. Work at the house was scheduled promptly; we were told what would be done and how long it would take, and the Spartan crew met those expectations. When a few additional cracks were found, Gavin called us to advise that that would add to the cost -- but then when we got the final invoice, the project had come in under budget anyway. Anyone retaining this organization to do foundation work should feel they are in good hands.

The job was completed better than I had hoped for or expected. The concrete is now level, sheds water better and extended the life of the driveway and concrete pad.

Spartan has not only helped me twice, but I work in insurance, & refer my customers to Spartan. Phil at Spartan is very helpful, patient, & accommodating, and the gentleman who did the work is also so nice. I will continue to sing praises in the future!

We decided to go with the two more economical choices of sealing the crack and building up the soil. We want to see how these two approaches handle any future heavy rains before making the bigger investment of an interior drain. The guys who came to to do the work were friendly, professional and did excellent work. I would recommend Spartan to anyone.

They were wonderful to work with, the young man that came to perform the work was professional, answered questions and performed the work in a timely fashion. We purchased the 300 dollar crack fill/repair special on Angie's List. They responded quickly, set an appointment up at our convenience to do the work and followed up to see if we had any questions about the work performed and if it was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Spartan Ram Jack!

They were very professional and honest about costs and practicality. In the end, they helped us determine that addressing our gutters would help more with water issues than installing a sump pump, and made a referral. Despite that, they took a good amount of time to go over options, talk about what would be involved, and break down the costs. If we ever choose to have this work done, I would most definitely reach out to them.

Things were not as bad as I thought. I could do repairs myself.

They might have helped, but it wasn't the answer that we needed. We went with another company. We called someone else, and its fixed. They just counted other people to do the work to solve the problem. They didn't do anything. Recommendations couldn't hurt. It might have, but it didn't hurt anything. The guy didn't come out the third time, his best friend died, and it was alright. They didn't charge me anything. They came out, but didn't charge for his time. We got our problem solved.

Still leaks but not where it was sealed

Great. Super practical fix for problem. Phil the sales representative was so nice and easy to work with. Ben did the repairs, very nice and got the job done!

Perfect! Crew was responsible, showed up when promised, and did the work promised to complete satisfaction.

The chimney stabilization and drainage systems were professionally planned and installed. The project manager and on-site crew kept me informed of the project's progress and any issues they encountered. I would definitely recommend Spartan to other home owners.

So far they have been really good about everything that we have needed to do. Yea, actually they have. He came out and showed me what he thought had caused the problem and that kind of thing. They were right on the money the whole time. He came in here and within no time and went through the whole thing with me. We had a problem in the garage and called them out again to see if there was a possibility of doing the two things together. Spartan does the mud jacking process but they don't use the mud they use the foam and so we decided to go with them pretty much for that reason.

Was able to schedule for a day my wife had off. Sealed the crack from the inside and the outside for a very reasonable price.

The crew showed up on time it was supposed to be a two day job they did it in one. The bed was done incorrectly. But Spartan did the right thing and took care of the customer. They performed the work for what they quoted me .

We received a detailed bid from Phil. Work started on the agreed upon start date, and was finished on time. The job was done exactly as promised. We were very pleased with the overall job, and the clean up of the worksite. Three months after the work was complete our yard settled where they had excavated. A call to Phil, and few days later as promised Spartan filled in the yard to perfection. If we ever need this type of service again we call Spartan, and not waste our time with other bids from other companies.

They were behind schedule but that was due to weather. They communicated all issues and changes vey clearly. Estimates were very clear as were cost adjustments.

Great. My dogs loved him and he was very professional and speedy.
