I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. We were very happy with them and the guy did a good job. He was very nice, timely and did a good job on our problem. He fixed it up. and was polite. The representative came when he said he would and got it done quickly.

Fixed cracks in basement, dug out window well and replaced and put in |dirt around foundation.

.Everything was completed to our satisfaction.

They came out at the scheduled time and did a very minor repair and said the charge would only be $49.00. Very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Bought an Angie's list deal and their response was prompt, a date was scheduled for work, and the work was completed on time and correctly. We technically only needed one crack repaired which was about 4 feet in length, but the individual repairing the crack reminded us that the deal was for 8 feet of repair, so he repaired an additional crack that the inspector didn't catch.

Were friendly and professional. Gave us a great estimate and also advice as to what they would do if it was their house. Will definitely call them if we need the service.

At first, there was a ton of trouble with the responsiveness of the company regarding our foundation repair. This included e-mails not being returned in a timely fashion, missed call-backs and voicemails left to both the company and the salesman I was working with. That was frustrating at first, but I am glad my wife and I still decided to go with this company as the work they actually performed was incredible. The crew is fantastic and after all is said and done, I am extremely impressed with the work that was done on our property. The crew was on-time everyday and finished the 10 piers in a very short 3-day period. Wes was great and the two crew members that were at our home working everyday were very polite and extremely hard-working. I have done construction for 8 years and can do anything else to my home, but I decided to leave this one to the professionals and I am glad we decided to have Spartan do the work. Would HIGHLY recommend this company, you just have to stay on top of the actual conversations before the work begins. I used Spartan last year to seal a couple of cracks and was impressed with Andrew's knowledge, professionalism, and honesty. At the time he said it could stabilize with no additional work needed or it could continue and we may need to pier. I appreciated the recommendations and choices he provided. When our house moved beyond the point of waiting to where I was certain we needed to take the step of piering, I didn't hesitate to call Spartan. Andrew again provided his recommendations and a very competitive bid. The crew arrived daily at the time expected if not early and worked all day. When it took an extra day, they worked Saturday. While Andrew told me exactly what to expect, I did not appreciate the mountains of dirt that would be in the basement, nor did I really expect it to be cleaned up so completely at the end. All the dirt and mess was cleaned and they even wiped walls and vacuumed and swept the dirt. And they quickly got the final crack sealing and carpet work scheduled and completed. I have no hesitation recommending Spartan and have done so to friends and neighbors.

They were very professional and the workmen were friendly and hard working. There was an initial problem with prompt communication but after I talked with Andrew the owner these problems appear to be solved. I have not had any water problems since the work was finished. I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors. Spartan was recommended by the structural engineer I used and they have a life guarantee.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out okay. I was a little bit surprised that what they put in. He was obviously not their best worker. It was just the way he looked, he looked kind of shabby and he came in a car and the car dropped oil on the driveway. I think he was poor. He needed to be cleaned up a little.

The cracks in the foundation turned out to be "cosmetic" and not in need of repair. The service for covering the cracks was only $50.00 and the coupon was for $199.00 They asked that I pay by check for the covering and asked for a refund thus saving me considerable money. They are very honest and I was very pleased. I kept their business card and would use them again if needed. Once again Angie saved me money!

The total cost was 1/4 that of the only non-Angie's List contractor who priced the service. The tech was on-time, willing to explain what he was doing, and cleaned up after himself. Great experience.

I am very pleased with the results! It has been raining all day and there has been no sign of a leak. Before, even water from a sprinkler would produce a leak. I was afraid they might not be able to do the repair since the previous owner had used one of the new spray repairs, which didn't work. But the technician told me it would not be a problem. Technician was on time and promptly fixed the crack. Just don't expect someone in a company vehicle and uniform. Looks like the technician was in his personal car and was wearing regular clothes. But that does not take away from the excellent job he did.

Repairman came promptly to evaluate problem and repaired the problem on the same visit. Sealed the crack with epoxy and vent tubes, gave instructions on what to expect and left. No further leaks have occurred, and it is assumed that the problem is resolved.

The actual procedure was very quick and well done. The day it was scheduled, apparently someone had called in sick. It was past my appointment time and I hadn't heard anything, so I called them. Someone was on the way, I just wish they would have called to let me know they would be late.

I caught an Angie's Deal of the Week for 8 lineal feet of liquid crack injection through Spartan Foundation for $199. I read the reviews on Angie's List & was mostly satisfied with them. I also did some searching at other places and found similar reviews. After that I was confident in Spartan to deliver the service. I called & spoke with Tiffany who is an absolutely fantastic person to talk with on the phone and was very knowledgeable about their service. She set up, what I thought, was a consultation with Andrew for 1530 on Tuesday afternoon. When Andrew showed up with 2 buckets in his hand to perform the work, I was shocked, but happy. After some initial chatting and showing him the 2 cracks I spoke about with Tiffany, Andrew was VERY knowledgeable about the product, and about concrete in general. Unfortunately, I was working from my home that afternoon, so I left Andrew alone to do his thing. In between phone calls, I wandered downstairs to see how he was doing and asked if he needed something to drink, etc, etc. He showed, and explained to me, what happened with my foundation an told me his plan to fix the cracks. Unfortunately, the 2 cracks I had, were more than the 8 feet included in the Angle's List deal. Instead of telling me some BS excuse as to why he could not do the other crack, Andrew said he was more than willing to take care of the other crack while he was there. Even better, their rates I felt were really reasonable to seal the other crack which, was about 5 lineal feet. 3 phone calls and 30 minutes or so later, Andrew came up & told me he was finished. We went downstairs and he took the time to show and tell me about the 2nd crack he fixed. Even after I told him not to worry about sweeping up the slight mess on the concrete floor, he was kind enough to do so. All in all A+ for my experience with Spartan Foundation. From my initial phone conversation with Tiffany, right through the work being done by Andrew, I had an excellent experience. Never once did the thought cross my mind to worry about a stranger in my basement alone, or being hosed by some fly by night company. Now, all I have to do is sit back and pray my wall does not leak in another location. But, if it does, I have the peace of mind knowing I have a lifetime, transferrable warranty on my side. Took awhile to get the appointment because of the popularity of the big deal. They showed up on time, finished in one day, and cleaned up well after the process. It's been several months and with numerous periods of heavy rain and not a single leak. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

We were promptly called by the company to schedule an appointment. The deal should have clearly stated that the "8 feet of crack injection" applied to visible/above ground cracks only. We were told that if they had to dig, the additional cost would be $75/foot. This repair would then total (approx) $450 + 199 = 649. We previously had another estimate for repair for less. Thanks for honoring our request for a refund.

They were very good. Andrew was very clear and walked around my entire home and gave me information for the job. He even gave me some advice about different things I would improve around the home in the next few year. They were very good about returning calls as well.

We initially had trouble setting up a time that would work, but they were persistent and we finally worked out a time. One person came to inspect the issues we were having and gave a fair assessment of the issues. He didn't try to oversell us on anything we didn't need. When Brian came to fill the cracks, he was very helpful and professional.

The company called me withing 24 hours after purchasing an Angie's List Big Deal. Due to the popularity of the special, the company was unable to schedule the service for approximately 30 days. The service man was professional and courteous. Not only did he patch the inside of the wall to stop the leak, but he fixed the crack on the outside of the wall without an additional cost. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Spartan Foundation repair.

Very prompt and had to come back out the first repair did not correct problem came back out and redid process and corrected the crack problem. Very personable and courtious. Happy Homeowner now.
