Office wasn't as responsive as I hope for. I was told they would call me on a Friday, and I had to call them on Tuesday. We have also been promised paperwork for the lifetime guarantee on the crack repair and I haven't seen that yet either. The tech that came out was good though, and the repair seems to be fine. I hope to get the paperwork soon?

Everything turned out fine. The technician was very helpful and friendly during the analysis. It was all a pleasant, useful, and constructive transaction. He ended up referring us to someone else who could do the work for us.

That was while ago. My husband was very pleased. Well we had one heck of a rain and a lot of melting snow no more water in the basement. No additional cost just the big deal. I want to say that was in November so I honestly don’t remember.

Everything went marvelous. I am very happy so far. Their customer service is really great. Brian explained everything to me, and told me what he was doing. The job has a lifetime guarantee and so if anything happened, they would come out and repair them. It is great. I had 2 cracks which they repaired. They had a deal on Angie's List, but I didn't know what they deal was for, and so I called them out for an estimate, and they price was not more than the big deal, so it was well worth it. I was very happy. I am going to put them on our community newsletter so that people can use them. They came out within 5 working days to do the work, and so they were very fast.

I have not been able to see if all leaks have been stopped because it is fairly dry in KC right now. But I do believe this concrete work to bury the tubing to get the water to the sump pump will alleviate the problems. Everyone from Spartan was prompt and professional. They also cleaned up very nicely after project. I will be mopping up some of the leftover concrete dust after they mopped once. I would expect to have to do that. They were all friendly and informative. I am not able to gauge if the price was the lowest. I am not the type of customer who will go with lowest price for foundation work. I am wary of many vendors who purport to do foundation work. I wanted the best quality for a reasonable price. I went with a vendor that had many good reviews on Angie's list. They also gave me a recommendation for some masonry work. That vendor contacted me today to follow up.

I purchased this for my daughter and son-in-law. They were extremely pleased with the service. The provider promptly returned all calls. The technician who made the repairs was courteous and knowledgeable and mindful of carpets, etc. They said they would highly recommend Spartan Foundation Repair and would not hesitate to call them in the future. They were very kind, professional, worked with me on price and took care of the problem. We opened up our finished basement wall to fix a leak from inside the house. Everything went well and we closed up the wall with drywall. Next couple weeks we noticed more water, they came out and found another crack near the water pipe and another crack behind the pipe box. The one they originally filled was not leaking. Hopefully this will take care of all the leaks in our basement. We were very happy with the service!

We had several horizontal cracks on two foundation walls. I called in 5 companies which I pulled off Angie's list for quotes. Spartan's quote was the second cheapest but Spartan's professionalism won us over. The work took a day and a half. We had a water line that needed to be moved during the process but Phil, the manager of the project walked us through the process and kept us up to date on what was happening. The crew that were at our house were top notch - knowledgeable, professional and open to any questions we had. I was very impressed with everyone throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for the services we received.

This was a breath of fresh air to have a company recommend an unbiased opinion. A sign of a trustworthy organization.

We took information and bids from 4 different repair companies. We decided on Spartan. Phil, the project manager inspected our foundation and presented a plan of repair that matched what an architectural engineer had suggested. He also offered a slightly different plan that was cheaper, if we needed. We chose the plan which was like the engineers. We had some Earth Anchors and some Vertical beams put in with some epoxy work. Everyone in the company that we met were very patient and helpful to us from the secretaries to the men working at our home. Our crew of workers did a great job, were friendly, answered all our "why?" questions, and were good constant and knowledgeable workers and cleaned up each day. Someone from the company was in touch with the workers each day and with us. We really appreciated all their work. We would definitely recommend them!!

Scheduling went great. He did a great job. The prices seemed reasonable.

We purchased the Angie's list deal to have a few foundation cracks repaired in our basement. Spartan Foundation was prompt with returning our calls to schedule the service and we were able to schedule in a reasonable amount of time from the date we purchased the deal. They spent about 4 hours repairing the cracks and we are very satisfied with the work. They also sent someone else out to give us an estimate on possible future work. I thought the advice was very honest--they weren't trying to sell us on services we didn't need. When the time is right, we may use them in the future for such work.

It wasn't a very good experience. They came out and they did a very cursory inspection and I have had 3 other companies come out and gave me a bid and looked at everything and the other 3 were much more comprehensive and I hadn't paid them anything. This guy, he didn't have any paperwork at all with him, he had nothing about his company, he had nothing and it was kind of a surprise to me, he gave me a good bid but he didn't really looked at the whole problem and I ended up going with another company. They didn't come out until close to September, it took a while for them to come out. They were fine in their punctuality.

I am a Realtor, I recommended Spartan to my clients. They had Spartan come out for an estimate. In the meantime there was a member's coupon on Angie's list, so I bought it and provided it to my clients. Spartan honored the coupon and did a great job with my elderly clients. Will recommend them to others.

I had a brief interaction with them to schedule with them and then to cancel the appointment. I didn’t have any problems with them.

The two techs showed up on time and did a quality job of repair and also looked at other cracks and gave advise about them.

I highly recommend them for any foundation work you may have. They have been out to my house on two separate occasions and have always been on time (or called if they were running late), courteous and professional. The two gentleman who came to fill the crack in my basement were polite and answered all of the questions I had. They kept me informed of what they were doing and did not try to sell me any extra stuff I didn't need. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs foundation work.

Looks like they did a good job. Time will tell as it has not rained since job was done. They do guarantee.

Came out, looked at the foundation. Told me it was no problem. Told me they would drop a quote by the next day. Never heard from them again. I E-mailed them a reminder about the quote. They responded with "I will have it to you tomorrow." A month later I e-mailed them again...no reply. Not sure I would hire them if they cannot even get a quote out the door.

Tech came out look at the crack and stated that I did not need the service.

Great! I bought a coupon on-line and made an appointment. They came promptly in the morning and the work was done in a couple hours. I would definitely use them again

The serviceman was prompt and answered all ofourquestions. It took a little more than an hour to repair the crack. He cleaned up all the mess. Overall a very nice job.

1. Brought in bobcat to dig around the foundation and lift about 9 feet around perimeter of house to place piers under foundation. There was lots of dirt surrounding the area, but they were able to fill in most of the dirt and I took the remaining dirt just in case the foundation needed additional dirt. So far, no additional dirt needed. 2. Removed the wall retainer and rock patio in order to get to the area. They said they would replace the wall retainer, but not the rock patio. Although they replaced the wall retainer, they were clearly not wall retainer builders. I had another company come in and replace the wall to my specifications. 3. Residual damage was the area surrounding the house where the bobcat made its impact. I roughed up the top layer of dirt and placed grass seed in its place. It will be awhile before the ground will be green again. 4. Always ask for a copy of the guarantee before you sign the contract. Most guarantees are very revealing of what the company will and won't do. Also, get EVERYTHING in writing. Just because the salesman says he will do something, doesn't mean he will do something. If it's not in writing, it won't be done. 5. After the company left, I discovered an area that was not done correctly (in ground gutter line). Since it was starting to rain, and I had a person already working on the retaining wall, he went ahead and fixed the problem. I took some pictures, sent it to the company, and they PAID it, alleviating any concerns I had about the gutter line. I was very happy with their response. 6. They cut out the concrete in the garage and hand dug the ground. They did a good job in replacing and cleaning up the entire area in the garage. 7. They honored the Angie discount upon receipt of invoice. 8. Overall, they did a great job. The crew was very good. Some of the crew had very limited English, but knew how to do their work and were professional in every since. In fact, their work saved me some money. They did not move the AC and they found other ways to fix the foundation requiring less piers. I was impressed by the fact that the owner of the company was involved in the final day of the work. He came out, took measurements, and explained some of the lifting and stabilization process of the house and provided me with a copy of the measurements upon request.
