Shamrock Roofing and Construction

After searching and searching for a roofing contractor, I was thrilled to find Shamrock! The company's stewardship to our Veteran's held a personal, strong appeal. After I signed the contract...I was rudely awakened. The day after my new roof was installed, I had questions. Rather than answer my simple, contractor related questions, this company has chosen to bully, berate and threaten to put a lien on my home. I have a chain of unanswered emails, photos and the threats documented through my attempt to have my questions answered through the BBB. Shamrock speaks endlessly of their 5-year warranty. My roof has not even been on for 30 days and they have violated their own contact by not addressing my questions related to faulty workmanship. They promise a manufacturer's "limited lifetime warranty" for the Owens-Corning Shingles. No joy in getting what is needed to register for the warranty. Maybe this is because they do not follow the guidelines to validate this warranty? I trusted this company. I now have leak from my roof. Here I go, looking for a company to correct the work of Shamrock. I am paying Shamrock, in full, over $7000.00, as I never want anything to do with these rude, bullying, untrustworthy group of people again.
