Excellent service and attention to detail. Had a minor issue after finishing, which they came out to address immediately. Excellent company. Excellent work done.

Reached out to Ryan Electric to have work done before having our fireplace installed. Received a call 2 days before the work was to be performed saying something urgent popped up and would no longer be able to keep schedule. As this was a huge disappointment we asked if anything could be done to still accommodate our needs. Spoke with Kathy and she pulled some strings and made it happen. The crew was on site on time and did great work and saved us from having to push out another contractor.

We had a variety of electrical issues in our 100 year old house. Mr. Ryan was responsive and knowledge. He helped us figure our what what necessary and what wasn't. We would use him again.

Pat Ryan and his assistant Bradley did a wonderful job with the requested services. Pat was very easy to work with and he provided us with some very helpful suggestions and guidance on our room lighting changes. They arrived on time, provided estimates as promised, worked methodically, and completed the work as scheduled. They took great care to minimize any construction mess and did a thorough clean up when they were done. I'd gladly have them back for future electrical work.

I've used Pat and Ryan Electric for all my electrical needs. He and his apprentice Bradley do excellent work. They show up when they say and work non stop until the job is done to the point I have to almost force them to take a lunch. Pat got my electrical service back into compliance with code and installed a nice new panel. I had some questions about the City Inspection process and he answered my questions quickly and offered to help himself if needed. Pats prices are fair and inline for the quality of work he does. I'll continue to call him.

Pat came to our house for the estimate. He was on time and did a thorough walk through, discussing each project and making notes along the way. Then he provided a detailed written estimate which we felt was very fair. The day of the service he called before arriving, and was timely as before. He and his assistant worked efficiently, and discussed with us any items he had questions before continuing. He completed the work a little ahead of schedule, so he reduced the price from the estimate accordingly. We would definitely recommend Pat and will use him as our primary electrician in the future.

This was the most efficient process ever, beginning with my supplying written information on the Ryan Electrical Website. Got a phone call that afternoon to establish a day and a time. I asked about prices and was told an electrician would call me later to supply that information after he finished the day's work. Everything was very organized prior to the work and also during the work time. When the electrician and his assistant arrived, they previewed the work to be done and gave me an estimate. The work went very well and I was able to see it before and after each item was definitely placed. The final price was less than the estimate. I asked questions about a different fixture I might install later. Mr. Ryan was a very good and patient communicator. I thank him for the excellent job done.

Service was prompt, polite & professional. Cleanup was impeccable. They didn't leave until they knew my wife was completely satisfied.

The tech was friendly, informative and completed the work in about an hour. He invited me to observe what he was doing and offered tips for things that I may need to do in the future. I would definitely hire them again.

Everything went great - absolutely flawless and professional. Extremely happy with the work. Matt went above and beyond. It was the first time any contractor asked me if I wanted "the good news or the bad news first" without it costing anything extra and the "bad news" had been fixed (it was an exposed frayed wire in the attic). I usually have to sit down and break out the checkbook at those moments. What more can you say - excellent work at a fair price.

Ryan Electric did an excellent job and and appreciated Matt's recommendations so I could decide the option to go. I was able to text him to ask questions as he was replacing all switches for kitchen redo. He replied promptly and professionally. I was always given a price and felt he was fair and reasonable.

He was great! He was recommended by a friend and he was great. I would have him back again. I made the initial appointment on-line. He built his website/setup so that you write what the problem is and he answers back with, 'Okay it will cost this much money.' Part of the form you fill out, you say when you say when you are available and he says, 'I can come at this time.' All that was done on-line. I didn't talk to anybody. I didn't have to try to make phone connections because this is a one man shop. He was there when he said he would be there. He called and was a little bit early. He said, 'I just finished a job, I am closer than I thought I would be. Can I come in now. He came over and he put a new outlet in. It probably didn't take him 15 minutes, he cleaned it up. It was great. He knew what he was doing. He was good. I said, on-line, you told me this was going to cost $150 and he goes, 'Yeah I know, it is only going to cost you $120.'

The job was fixed in 30 minutes. No parts needed. It would have been nice to know the price before he arrived.

He wound up charging me $100 less at the end of the job because something he expected did not materialize. On time. Family operation. Under budget. I had a couple outfits not even return calls, so my expectations were low - Matt and his assistant were super professional. Definitely recommend.

Pat was extremely professional and always came when he said he would and on time. He is very knowledgeable and came prepared for any job. We had him back out to see about adding an additional light fixture to a stairway and he added it that same day with a fair price. They cleaned up after each job.

It was great. They worked us in on the next day, the young man that came out called on his way here and was punctual. He was pleasant and very nice.

Ryan Electric provided terrific responsiveness, professional analysis and repair, and very fair pricing. This one experience alone was enough to determine that I would use Ryan in the future, and to recommend this firm without hesitation.

The first time they came out, they were great. Came early and got the job done quickly and professionally. I called them again for a second job that required a quote being made. No quote was ever sent despite follow up phone calls.

I made an appointment for the following day. They arrived on time and very quickly diagnosed the problem with the wiring. They replaced two outlets and that fixed the problem.
