+ -1 moreHad a small leak into the attic space above our garage. Had a couple of full service roofing companies out and they would only suggest full replacement of the general area and didn't seem to have any ideas on what the issue was. After that I went looking for someone who specialized in leak repair and thankfully found Chad. He quickly identified several loose shingles and other problem spots that were the likely culprit and repair them for us with high quality materials. We have been nice and dry ever since! He has also checked back in with us in the following weeks to ensure his fix took care of the issue which is a rare level of service these days.
