Very professional, prompt, polite, clean, quote was less than 2 others and he included the soap dispenser hole and the others did not.

I thought that they did a fine job. We really liked the plumber. Everything went pretty good. It seemed kind of pricey but it was a special thing and one of those taller toilets for people with knee problems, and so it was more expensive. The extra four inches makes a whole lot of difference. The technician was extremely pleasant, helpful and cordial and he listened to us. He had to do the thing two or three times. He had issues with the settings and trouble setting the seal and he redid it completely. He had to install the toilet twice and had to redo it because it still had a little leak, and I was really impressed. A lot of guys would have just come in and done it and gone but he made sure it was right before he finished it. He was a very nice man and not at all brusque or indifferent and that impressed me because a lot of people think that they are getting paid big bucks and don't have to bother. The quality was excellent. They were pretty responsive and came out pretty quickly and did a good job.

Came out and did repair same day of initial contact. Brought exactly what he needed and took less than an hour.

I have used Nachbar Plumbing in my own home, as well as several rental houses that we own. They are very honest. They also charge a flat hourly rate instead of by the job. I appreciate knowing that if they are there two hours it's gonna be $150. I have had so much trouble with other plumbers, mainly with them jacking up prices. When they see you with no running water, the plumbers know you are vulnerable! They can either be fair or in so many cases - take advantage. That said, I would wait two days for Nachbar Plumbing if I had to because I know I'm not getting hosed!
