Pro Platinum Heating and Cooling

On 7/15/15, this Company installed a completely new HVAC system which we could not have been happier about at the time. I wrote several glowing reviews due to the exceptional experience. The furnace was never tested due to hot weather at the time of installation so after a very cool night last weekend I tested the Furnace. It only blew cold air and did not shut off from the thermostat. I had to shut it off at the unit in the basement. The owner, Aaron, had indicated previously that they work totally paperless and sent all of his communications to me via email so I used this same method to inform him of our issues. In the past I have had suggestions via email for trouble shooting issues by other Companies that resulted in me being able to resolve the problems myself. I schedule most all appointments of every kind via email now that we are in the tech age. It was a Sunday so I didn't expect a response until the following day but Aaron did reply that same day. Aaron sent a 1 line reply that offered no solutions. This went on 3 times the same way until I finally sent an email expressing my disappointment in his rude, 1 line responses that offered no solution of any kind. I will admit that I could have handled my frustrations with him better but by this time it was Monday afternoon and I had not received an answer to my latest email asking what we should do. I got another snippy reply that if I wanted an appointment, I needed to call but that wasn’t until my 4th email to him. So I called and as always, he answered. This is when it became very clear that he was just being rude but I did not understand why I was being treated so poorly. I still do not know if he was just annoyed at my emailing on a Sunday or if it was because they needed to come back out without getting a check, or both. I am saddened that this happened and am sorry if my emails were annoying to Aaron because that was not at all my intention. Why wouldn’t a business owner just tell his customer to call on Monday after the 1st email? An appointment was made for 9/24/15 and the owner Aaron came himself. I asked if he considered it acceptable to make a customer jump thru hoops by contacting him 5 times. He blew up and yelled at me the entire time he was here for emailing instead of calling. He told me never to call them again even though our contract with him included 3 years of free labor on warranty issues. I couldn't wait to get this man out of my home because of his bizarre, angry behavior. None of this had to happen and he was still yelling at me on my front porch when I gave up trying to explain from a customers point of view. He didn't want to hear it and kept blaming me. I found him a little scary so I just gave up and shut the door while he was still complaining that I emailed instead of calling. This company is very professional and I was very pleased with their work. I had three other bids besides this company. Not only was the company priced better but was able to install the A/C sooner. I would recommend this company to others.

ProPlatinum was an excellent company. They were great friendly guys who more importantly did quality work quickly for a great price! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Great company, Aaron did everything he said he would. For the first time in the last 19 years our house is cool. We replaced AC, furnace and duct work. Fabulous!! The temperature is constant now and we have raised the thermostat 8 degrees higher and the house is now COLD. There is not enough room here to say all the good things about Pro Platinum. If you need a/c or heat I strongly recommend Aaron's team.

Integrity is still around and the name in this case is Aaron Uzelac who owns Pro Platinum KC. We selected Aaron and his team after reviewing 4 different company bids. We were told that the job to replace furnace, air conditioner and lots of duct work would take 2 days and it did. Aaron was the only one that correctly identified the duct problem and knew how to correct it. The team cleaned up after themselves and all were professional in their manner and work. This is one of the best decisions my husband and I have made. I would strongly recommend Aaron and Pro Platinum to anyone.

Pro Platinum is extremely competitive in their pricing. Beat two other quotes on similar systems by few thousands dollars. They install a 4 ton Lennox Elite, dual-stage central a/c; a dual-stage, variable speed, 90,000 BTU, 96% high efficiency Lennox Elite furnace; and a 4 ton evaporator coil. Completed the necessary duct work to install a 5 inch high efficiency air fliter system. Reinstall/tested my whole central house air humidifer. You can't go wrong with Aaron and his professional crew.

Excellent service, prompt arrival, their bid was $225 less than the previous quote to replace my furnace motor and they did not pressurize me to replace my complete furnace but offered me competitive quotes. Explained what they were doing clearly, I will definitely use this company again.

Pro Platinum responded to us on a very cold Thanksgiving weekend when our forced air furnace failed and we had guests in from out of town. They came out within hours to assess our existing system.
