I have a very crappy old furnace that suddenly quit working. I called and he showed up when he said he would. I told him I know it's a piece of junk but I want to limp along with it through the winter and see about a replacement later. He got to work on getting it running again and answered all my questions about ultimately replacing it when I'm ready to do so. My old piece of junk furnace is working perfectly again and I will not hesitate to have him install a new unit for me in a few months when I'm ready. He worked the problem exactly the way I wanted him to and I'm happy.

The house is 105 years old and had a bedroom addiiton with no venting at all. I gathered 3 estimates, but Pro Platinum was the most reasonable and professional. The project was complicated by the configuration of the original structure. The work was completed quickly and compentently.

They did a great job. Knowledgeable and fair. The installed a new furnace on a weekend where others wanted to schedule consults for the following week.

They called about my repair and were able to come out that same day to fix it. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine.

I was very pleased with the work, Aaron was helpful with informonig me what needed to be done and how long it would take , Even when he was running alittle bit late he called to let me knoow and i had no problem with it . I would recomend him to anyone who needed their furnance repaired, and i would bot hesitate to use him again if i needed it.

Aaron responded very quickly to my inquiry and showed up exactly at the time we agreed to. His cost estimate was very fair and the time it took to complete the job was very close to his projection. I have since hired him to do more work for me on other home remodling tasks beyond the original ductwork job. He is a pleasure to work with and I recommend him without reservation.

Listened to our ideas and made some recommendations. The bottom line is, we got what we wanted, not what someone wanted to sell us. Very courteous. Good installation. Cleaned up when finished. If I was doing this project over, I'd hire Pro Platinum again. Very pleased with everything including price.

Aaron gave the most complete estimate. He installed the furnace and air conditioning unit on time and as promised. Aaron noticed and fixed a problem with a sewer line while in a crawl space. He resealed an area of the foundation wall in which a large hole permitted unwanted access from the crawl space to the basement. Pro Platinum did the job and more.
