Matt was very accommodating and easy to work with. He had drawn up an initial design for our patio but was very open to the changes we wanted, and we couldn't be happier. Matt also helped guide us to find the correct combination of stone for the look and price point we were hoping for. Also, our home is located on a slope and has had some previous foundation issues due in part to an incorrect grade directed towards the house. Matt assured us that they would properly grade our yard and canter the patio so that we would no longer have water sheeting at our foundation. It has rained many times since the installation and the water definitely flows away from the house like it should. Thank you to the Outlook crew for a job well done!

Randy is our 'go to' guy for recommendations. We met him 4 years ago when he did the hardscaping in our back yard (a border and tree ring). It looked so wonderful we did another border in the front yard and a second tree ring. He is thorough, easy to work with, fair and an all around nice guy...Randy walked us through the process and made helpful suggestions. He feels like a family member! As a result of the original job, my back neighbors used Randy to build a new patio with Belgard product. It is stunning.

They started this job promptly and finished it quickly!! We were very happy with how this job went!

They fixed some major settling in areas throughout our patio and cleaned and sealed our patio. I learned the hard way why you don't have a landscaping company build a paver patio. Save the time and future headache and use someone who knows what they are doing. These guys are really good!!!!

In short GREAT! We had some delays due to weather but Matt's crew were the best in handling that as they could. Matt came and did our initial interview with us and listed to everything we wanted done. Our original plan was to cover an area about 25 feet by 15 feet directly next to our existing concrete patio to extend our outdoor space. When Matt was doing our initial meeting he suggested we continue the whole concrete patio and new areas, which we did not even think was possible. At first we were skeptical about it but now 6 months later I cannot even remember where the two were separated at! Randy (Matt's foreman) was absolutely wonderful and helpful to us. He answered all our questions as he was working and came back weeks later to fix an issue without a problem. They took out part of our fence and put it back better than it was before! They took all care when protecting the lawn minimizing damage where they could! Overall they are a great company and it was a wonderful experience! I definitely would recommend them to ANYONE wanting some outside hardscaping done! Thanks Matt, Randy, and the guys!

I really liked dealing with Matt. He drew an illustration of things he would recommend and the stones he would want to use. There were two workers that did the work and Matt would come by to supervise and it took about 8 days to complete. The crew cleaned up well after the project was finished and if I had any problems with it, I feel certain they would take care of it. I would highly recommend them to others.

It went great! Matt provided a detailed drawing of what we had asked for for our approval. Within a week the work started and progressed very smoothly until completed. We received daily updated from Randy the project foreman and any questions we had were answered on the phone immediately. These guys were very professional and did an excellent job. We have had our neighbors and family come by to see it and they all "LOVE IT". It added a great deal of character to our back yard. Again, I would not explore using anyone else; I would call them up immediately for anymore work we will have.

Work was completed in one day. I am very pleased and would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

They were on Angie’s List. They were wonderful and we will do business with them again. They were very organized and very professional. We uncovered some problems and they were willing and able to fix them. Our entire sewer line needed to be replaced once they pulled up the old stuff. They were reasonable. They told us upfront what the cost would be at every turn. It was a very good experience and the patio looks beautiful. The patio itself was about $8,500. The extra sewer line stuff was about $2,900. What they show is what they do and the people were really experienced.

Matt came to our house to give us an estimate for some landscaping projects in the front of the house. Once portion was to add a stone retaining wall around a tree and to replace another retaining wall and stone work around a flower bed in the front of the house, with backfill dirt and mulch. He was on time and very personable when giving the estimate, and seemed to have a lot of knowledge of landscaping. The estimate was very competitive with the other estimates we received, but we decided to go with another company that provided more specific drawings of what the work would look like.

They were fabulous. Matt was right on-time. He gave me a fair estimate. The work that he did was beautiful. It was totally expectation plus. He was great. I got him right from Angie’s List. I could not find any one. I just kept calling people, and he did exactly what we needed done.

II am very happy with the services provided by Outlook and will favorably entertain them for any future hardscape work. Their bid was the most reasonable, and the work was completed as scheduled. My rating of a "B" for had to do with not arriving for a scheduled site visit and bid. To be fair, weather was a factor as we had snow late into May. They did have one issue that delayed completion, but it had to do with availability of the particular hardscape "capstone." If you need pavers or hardscaping of any type, I highly recommend Outlook Hardscapes

Can't say enough good things about this company. Save their contact info, it's all you need to know for your next hardscaping project. Matt knows his stuff, very professional. Mike and crew couldn't have been more polite and careful around the yard.

After getting several bids from different contractors, I chose Matt because he seemed to have the the most sensible ideas for proper reconstruction of these two large walls. Originally the walls were improperly installed by the former owner, and they leaked dirt between the stones, causing sagging and leaning. Matt took the time to explain the specifics of his plan. He was very straightforward with his assessment and he expressed his concerns. He is a very likeable guy, but I was mostly concerned with ability and professionalism for this project, and Matt had both of those things. He has a "laid-back" presentation, but prooved to be very dependable and responsive. His experience makes him very confident. He was the forman for my project. I happened to be off-work during five days of the project. Matt always greeted me with a smile, and respect when I went out and pestered him with questions about the details. This time also allowed me to watch him disassemble the walls, redo the footings with proper materials, and reassemble the walls with geo-grid, and gravel drainage layers. I was very impressed with his work, as were my friends and family (one of whom is an engineer). Matt's design was well below the other estimates. When the city chose to repave our street, Matt had to move a large pile of dirt from the dead-end where he was keeping it. He dealt with the neigbors, who gave him permision to place some of the dirt in an area adjacent to their house, and informed me of the discussion.

It went very well. Matt was professional, friendly, and did good work. He wasn't the cheapest but he spent the most time analizing my situation and recommending the best solution based on what I told him I wanted. I love the end result!

Matt was awesome to work with even though we went through a very rough patch of weather. What should've been a quick project kept getting delayed by all of the late winter/early spring snow storms. Even though he could have rushed the job to get it done in between snows Matt chose to wait until the ground had dried out as not to cause damage to my lawn. When all the dust settled I couldn't have been happier as the projects came out better than expected. I was even pleasantly surprised to find that he had used fill dirt to level out some of the low spots cause by the equipment. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the quality of the workmanship.

If you need a brick/stone patio or driveway, or a decorative retaining wall, Outlook, Inc., is the company to hire. The overall beauty and value of our home?s landscape has been greatly enhanced thanks to Matt Hensley and Outlook, Inc. I highly recommend this company.

Matt was very professional and prompt, even calling to say he would be a few minutes late due to a car accident. We talked about the project and after taking measurements, Matt rang the doorbell to see if I had any further questions. He said he would email an estimate in about a week, which seemed a bit long since others were able to give me an estimate at the time they came out. In actuality, the estimate took well over a week and was much higher than other estimates I received.

The owner (Matt) was a pleaure to work with we are very happy with our new patio.

They were very punctual and nice. They didn't take a lot of time taking measurements.

We ended up using another service because the bid was lower, but I have no doubt that had we gone with Outlook our patio would have turned out great. Very professional and knowledgeable.
