Matt provided solutions to the various projects that other contractors had not suggested. He saved us money and provided extremely high quality work. Matt was personally involved in each of the jobs and the whole project finished on time. I would highly recommend Outlook Hardscape and will use them again for future projects.

Two years ago, Outlook installed a new flagstone patio and steps around a terraced garden in our back yard. Matt did a terrific job listening to our ideas and executed it beautifully. I didn't write a review for that project, but would give him an A+ all the way around. We called him to repair some cracks in our driveway and seal some gaps that had opened up between the foundation of the house and the original concrete patio in back. He did a great job with the sealing and put a top-coat of sand that makes the repairs almost invisible. I'd highly recommend Outlook for any concrete or hardscaping work.

Everything went exactly as planned. Matt kep me informed every step along the way, letting me know what the excavation would look like, how long it would take and when people would be onsite. He always took time to ask my opinion as the terrace was progressing, and made a couple of small changes when I asked him to. They kept the site clean, were considerate of the neighbors, and everyone was pleasant and courteous to work with. The terrace project took about 2 weeks, the sidewalk about 1.

Matt provided an estimate and work started about two weeks later. My wife and I did not have a clear idea about how to design and/or construct the retaining wall(s). Matt was very helpful in offerring suggestions and giving us a vision of how it would look. Matt was very patient as we were mulling over the options. Overall, about 5 full days of work were required. But, this occurred over two weeks due to multiple rain days. While not initially part of the plan, Outlook took on some additional duties (taking out a stump, moving plants around) which was very helpful. Two individuals were consistently here during those work days. They were always courteous and available to discuss progress, etc. The put plywood down over sidewalks and the lawn for protection and kept things very clean during the process. All the neighbors keep remarking how good the wall looks. I highly recommend Outlook for similar projects.

Quick response when I requested a free estimate. He came & visited with me for about an hour, seemed to be nice / knowledgeable guy. I got the impression that what I was asking for was tough to do with my budget. He said he'd get back to me with some suggestions & an estimate. He never called / emailed me again after that visit. Wish I wouldn't have wasted that hour of my time.

The team was awesome, helpful and very professional . During the design phase, Matt was more than helpful with design ideas and color choices. They got busy on some commercial work but I didn't mind the delay. I let them push all the way to December. Now it's spring time and I get to enjoy my new back yard.

Outlook installed a large beautiful paver patio that we enjoy immensely. It is rounded on the sides and has a circular area surrounding a flower bed. They cut the curves beautifully and the border rounding these curves is well done. The workers we courteous and professional and did excellent work. After almost two years there is no sinking of the pavers; flat as the day they were laid. At one point I noticed they were pulling pavers from one area and moving to other areas. When I asked why, they said some of pavers on the new pallet had a slight color variance and they were mixing them in, instead of putting them together. Otherwise you?d notice. This cost them about 1-2 hours of extra labor. I thought this was very professional. And it looks GREAT! From start to finish this was a good company to deal with. The bid was reasonable and clear. They explained everything up front and made good recommendations. I will definitely use this company again.

I contacted Outlook Hardscape about the work. However, my financial advisors didn?t think my home warranted such beautiful stone. Outlook Hardscape was very gracious, kind, and willing to help. They have kept in touch.

Matt built a lovely patio for our son and had received nothing but praise for his work so we asked him to give us an estimate for our needs. He quickly made a proposal that we liked. The work began and was completed in a timely fashion. His worker was quiet and professional. Our water problem is solved and the new patio is the envy of the neighborhood! When they had finished, they made sure everything was put back as it was when they started. This included resecurung the fence sections removed for backhoe entry into the back yard and sod replacement where needed from the backhoe movement through the yard.
